- Full size dinner plates will not fit in the bottom basket properly
The door keeps closing even after adjusting making it very difficult to load

+ Despite numerous reviews on this product complaining of lack of room for dinner plates, this machine has plenty of room and you can also change the height on top basket if necessary. A very good product, no complaints at all and extremely good value for money.

+ The machine cleans well and has some useful features, such as low salt/rinse aid indicators. It was also very easy to install, with easily adjustable legs.

- Poor build quality, with flimsy and difficult to use racking. Do not use tablets with this machine as it will clog up and flood your kitchen - ours did on the third wash! However, having switched to powder, we have had no further problems.

- Cutlery basket too large and can't be taken apart for large utensils or when you only need half of it. I found that the baskets didn't allow for the loading of crockery as easily as my previous expensive dishwasher but for the price, I'd put up with that.

- Wheels on basket do not work properly so it makes loading/unloading difficult. There is a fault and the basket needs replacing please.

+ Very easy to install and use. The machine is very quiet and washes the dishes well. A little bit 'lightweight' for serious use, but great for a small family. Overall, fantastic value for money - would recommend.

+ It is very easy to operate and to empty. I have yet to have a dirty dish after the economy wash cycle which I use all the time.

- plates do not fit in the botton rack, have changed to smaller plates, which still get hit by the top arm spray. My family now think we are all on a diet, as the plates are so small.

- the "split" of the shelves in the dishwasher is about half. there is too much room in the top shelf & no enough room in the bottom shelf for average dinner plates. bad choice for me

- Door springs so hard shut, very hard to keep it open so loading and unloading is very dificult. door will spring shut when lower rack is open breaking my plates. called out engineer but problem was not fixed. He said it was normal. also no way of knowing when cycle is finished.

- You can't stand normal size dinner plates up in it because the thing that spins round is too low

- Far too small - doesnt even fit dinner plates in the racks. The thermostat seems to have gone and it never quite completes a program. The door also springs back even when the rack is on it. It's basically rubbish and did I mention Ive only had it for a month.

- it is impossible to fit large plates upright into this machine and it' s load capacity is poor. it is necessary to wash on highest setting or it will not clean anything. noisy too and leaves a scum in the bottom after each wash. be careful when fitting as there is little to no adjustment heightwise. the water feed is on the left as you look at the front- so make sure your water supply is on same side or you could be in trouble.

- the design has not been thought out. When large plates ars stacked in the bottom tray the revolving spray hits them and cannot revolve. It does not seem to dry as well as the Bosch that I had before buyinh this one. The Bosch wins in all areas. Seems to that even Kenwood have their products made in China where quality control maybe less critical.

+ the washing performance is execellent.not to keen on the lodaing set up,but cant complain as the dishes are sparkling clean

- Top rack is poorly designed for glass stacking - it has already broken 3 glasses. Bottom rack and rotating arm are not sufficient distance apart, and therefore large plates cannot be accommodated. Design of rear part of dishwasher does not allow the draining pipes to be accommodated fully, so the new dishwasher cannot sit flush with the wall, and sticks out further than my kitchen units.

- has not yet cleaned everything in a load - having to wash somethings again by hand, cutlery stacked so you can't pick up by the handle, the way it is set out means you can't get big pans in without leaving the cutlery holder out

- does not clean properly. once cycle is finished i usually open the door to find tablet sitting on door, so obviously does not get released at right time. beeps when finished constantly, very annoying at night

- instructions are a bit roppey for instance you would think because it is intergrated there would be some kind of template to fix your door on but NO such thing?

+ The price of the product was really competetive but I now wish that I had spend more for a product that would have done a better job.

- The shelf has to be set at the highest point for the wash arm to clear large plates, this means that wine glasses with long stems will not fit into the top basket.
Plates on the bottom rack need to be placed forwards for them to be washed properly this means that the large plates have to be set 2/3 settings back for the basket to be able to be slid back in.
General claening performance poor, I would welcome any tips on improving the performance.

+ This product is relativly quiet as far as dishwashers go. The value for money was excellent, I recommend looking for a cheaper product rather than getting stiffed by your kithen provider, as their prices are not on this planet. (We saved a packet and got a top branded make for a fraction of the price).

- Has never worked, read other reviews and this dishwasher just appears to be rubbish!!!!!

- Only one minor point, I would have liked a white basket instead of the grey, the grey makes it look dark inside the machine.

- Only draw back is the use a half load cycle, some heavier soiled items do not clean properly. I have decided to ignore this cycle unless I only was glasses, plates and cutlery and use the full wash programme if I have pans and other soiled items ebven if the machine is only half filled.

- Not enough fixing points for the outer wooden cupboard door you have to fit. the lower fixings are 2 small metal slats that fit on your own outer wooden cupboard door, and then supposed to slot into the dishwasher door, being only thin metal, the first time i opened the dish washer one side of the outer door, bent the metal fixings out of place, so now the outer door isnt fixed to one part of the dishwasher.
