Very versatile and will meet the needs of most cooks. Looks good in the kitchen and does not take up too much space. Love the suction cups that hold it in place. Easy to clean up as all bowls are dish washer safe.
-
Lots of bits and pieces to store. The storage system included is not very practical. I found it easier to keep all the blades and attachments in one of my own tupperware containers.

It has so many gadgets I haven't had a chance to use them all yet. It is easy to use. Easy to clean. Does an excellent job. Very pleased.
-
The storage for gadgets is not big enough to hold all the gadgets.
Not keen on the design, but because it does an excellent job I am not too bothered and keep it in a cupboard. It does need a large cupboard though.
My only real disappointment is the mill. It is not suitable for herbs and spices.

This food processor provides the whole range of tools for the kitchen including a smaller processor, a grinder, a juice extractor plus the usual cutters, dough hook, blender etc and easy to use. Absolutely thrilled with it.
-
It is sold with the impression of a provision of storage space, in reality the storage space probably holds about 1/5th of the parts - disappointing. When you initially put the parts together you need to concentrate as there are some similar parts which if interchanged will lead to the blender leaking - but just needs a little perserverance to put together the first time.

Easy to put parts together for different uses.
Not too noisy. Powerful. Safety locking feature assures no nasty accidents.
mettalic cover on motor surface looks cool, easier to clean.
Fast slicing/shredding/mixing etc. Glass blender jug. Shredding/slicing on different sides of same disc so less discs to store.
-
Plastic bowl, can break if dropped so be careful. Locking clip on lid may be a bit stiff when putting onto bowl, should ease when used over time. Applying oil may help in slipping it into place. Couldn't knead large amounts of dough all in one go, had to do in batches, but good result.

build quality is nothing like a magimix, then again it is half the price. Personally, I'd trade fewer attachments for build quality any day. the Ken-store system for storing attachments is a prime example of over engineering. Overall, good value for money. would be improved by trying not to offer quite so much stuff at a good price. sometimes, less is more.

This does seem a very good product. It does just what it says it does. I have had a much older food processor from Kenwood which gave sterling performance for many years, but all good things come to an end, and whilst it was still working, it was beginning to show the cracks! Hey ho!
This machine is much more powerfull, ( about 3 times), and I consider a very good buy for the busy houswife,(or husband), and should give many years of good service.

Only a small point, you just need space to store all the extras. A purpose built box would be good but perhaps you get that with a higher model.

Having purchased this item as a gift for my daughter who had just left home I can only reply mainly with regard to her experience of the product. As a novice cook, she was delighted with the product and found it very easy to 'get to know' and has enjoyed trying out new recipes. I was also impressed and would consider buying the same model when my present one gives out.
-
Rather too much packaging, and it was difficult to repack once I had checked it for damage before giving it as a gift.

All parts are easily accesible and so cleaning is simple. There's a great range of attachments included, to be honest some I will never use, but for overall best value and quality combined you can't beat this model.
The footprint is not too large so it sits comfortably on the worktop without taking up loads of room.
The stability of the product is what you'd expect, if not better than you'd expect. Even with making dough or pastry it does not rock around.
-
I cannot think of any bad points at all. This model would be at home in many a professional kitchen, and the one I bought actually is!

Really amazing food processor. Worth that little bit extra money because of all the things it can do! You can chop an onion with no tears... just peel it and chuck it in!... juice with ease! (although cleaning out the gunk is a bit of a mess and the kitchen is usually a tip after making juice 'cause with all the fruit you use you hardly get any juice) but everything else is great... we make saucea and pastes and the little recipie book that comes with it is great.... we made bread! and pizza from scratch!... best kitchen appliance i ever bought!
-
It takes an entire cupboard of the kithcen to store all the blades and bits of the food processor... the little box thingy you get to keep everything in is really rubbish and poorly designed... nothing could hold all the stuff you get with this thing... don't let this put you off though 'cause you'll never use any other kitchen appliance more than this... "oh i need to cut a carrot..... no problem... how would you like that? grated..? peeled? julienne?! ...or perhaps some carrot juice! yes anything cut in to any shape! " fantastic!!

It does what it says on the packet! Fast, efficient and made to Kenwood usual high standard. Some reviews indicate that the base of the blender and herb chopper attachment are easily mixed up but Kenwood have resolved this by a small picture on the base of both to show which base is for which accessory. Good foot suction to prevent mixer moving on worktop when being used.
-
Suction on feet can also be annoying if you store the unit in a cupboard (due to limited workspace) as getting it in and out means that you need to 'drag' it to the edge of the cupboard as it's almost impossible to lift. Other than that, no other obvious bad points yet but I've only had it for a couple of weeks so far.

It is an excellent new addition to my kitchen and I would highly recommend it. When it first arrived it took me almost an hour to unwrap all the pieces and read up on how to use them. I was quite surprised at how much you were getting for your money. So far, I have used the Peppermill, Mixer, Mini processor and a few of the cutting discs. I have to say it has yet to let me down and I am quite impressed with the whole thing. It also looks fab on the work top!
