+ Really compact but powerful. Easy to use.

- Instructions on some of the gadgets are a little vague, still not quite sure how to use them all.

+ Powerful motor, easy to clean, versatile.

- Plastic bowl slightly smaller than I'd expected and plastic a little flimsier.

June, Armagh , “Enjoy gadgets like this”

+ Wonderful food processor, simple to use, easy to clean, has such a wondeful amount of attachments to do everything, large bowl to do quite a lot at one time. Neat square processor with suction feet so won't 'dance' off the counter like my traditional Kenwood Chef did.

- Not really any bad points. I need to buy a small bottle-brush or use a dedicated toothbrush to clean the inside of the spout in the middle of the bowl after doing mashed potatoes or anything clammy like that, etc, but there wasn't much the manufacturer could do about that and no other machines would be any different. I wouldn't call that a bad point as such, as it is easily cleaned.

+ First food processor I've ever had and it really is amazing. Egg Whites for meringues are second to none. The recipe book that it comes with is great for advice on which bits to use for what.

- Not so much a bad point but it states that all the accessories can be neatly stored in the container, I think I was maybe provided with loads more with this item that are not the norm, so storing them is a bit of a pain. But I wouldn't consider it a bad point just a bit of an inconvenience.

+ This is a versatile product which is convenient and easy to use. I especially like that there is a mini processor which is very useful for small amounts. I like that the main bowl is so large as I often am cooking for large family. It is convenient to be able to dice/slice/grate large quantities of vegetables - vegetables take up a lot of room!

- the attechement that goes in the centre of the bowl should have been secure as when you take the bowl off this peice falls out at times it could be covered with food which means a mess

- Too many attachments and fiddly to set up. Slicing and grating discs are too small, so uncut pieces can fall over the side into the mix.

- very annoying getting the bowl to lock sometimes takes ages, never 1st time
also the centre has to be lined up perfectly or you sheer off loads of plastic which can end up in your mixture

+ Makes an excellent whisked sponge and cutter blades are good for chopping/cake making. Grater blades good for carrots etc. Bread mix seems better than handmade as well.

- Bread dough in particular made a spectacular mess, working its way up inside dough blade and round spindle. Loose spindle can be irritating when lifting off bowl. Haven't yet used all attachments - quite possibly won't.
