+ The whole thing looks slick and compact. It's pretty easy to use and clean. As long as you don't pulse/blend for more than 60 secs at a time it's fine - otherwise it starts to smell of burning! Overall it's a useful product, with the ability to do loads of different things. I'm generally using it for creating baby meals at the mo and it's perfectly adequate.

- The food processor bowl is a bit awkward to click in to place and as above, you can only blend for a short while before a smell of burning!

Ricci, London , “Retired, keen cook.”

+ It's very smart. I've only used it to slice onions so far and it did a better job than my previous processor.

- The explanation of how to assemble was not very clear and it took me ages to work out how to do it as it is different from other processors I have had before in that the spindle goes on before the bowl.

+ Excellent unit for saving space, lots of attachments. Quick and easy to change from blender to processor. Pleased with the performance. I use the blender mainly for smoothies and soups. I wanted just a pouring jug this time as the previous smoothie maker we had, the tap broke off and I feel they are very diificult to clean and can harbour residue. The processor is great for chopping carrots, onions.

- With some recipes I have to split the mixture into more than one batch as the processor/ blender could not hold the full amount. I did choose this model though knowing on occassions that would be the case, but wanted a unit that was compact and easier to store.
When mixing ingredients for cakes you have to keep stopping and scraping the mixture from down the sides, then process again, having never had a processor before I am unsure whether this is the case with all models due to the centrifugal force.
