+ all good - easy to use, food stays much hotter for longer, lots of functions

- only bad thing is material used on hob grids, the material chips easily, and they are hard to clean as rippled surface and hold fibres off cloths etc.

+ cooks an excellent roast and over all a good cooker the size is also not too big and does not ove r power the average working class kitchen.

- metal rings around flames have rusted quickly even though they are cleaned reguarly it has become impossible to clean them must admit we are dissapointed with this part of the cooker.

has a base skirt rather than feet on show

- doesn't have the facilty to add a griddle.
I've had to place it on blocks as the feet don't adjust enough to be above worktop height

- OUR COOKER IS FREE STANDING & WHEN USING THE OVENS OR GRILL ELEMENTS THE SIDE CASING OF THE COOKER TENDS TO HEAT UP QUITE A BIT INFACT ALMOST TOO HOT TO TOUCH...HOWEVER YOU CAN LIVE WITH THAT & IM CERTAIN ITS NOT ACTUALLY CAUSING ANY DAMAGE SO NO REEL BAD POINTS.

Conventional ovens heat from the bottom so the top of the oven will be slightly hotter than the bottom. This is useful when you’re cooking lots of different dishes at a time. However, they do take a little longer than fan ovens to heat up. Fan ovens circulate the air so that you get an even temperature throughout the oven. They are quicker to heat up which means they save on energy and time. Multifunction ovens give you the flexibility to use different methods of cooking. They usually have both fan and conventional settings as well as pizza settings that will only cook from the bottom, giving you a crispy pizza, or top-only cooking that is very useful for browning.

Self-cleaning ovens can come with catalytic liners or pyrolytic programmes. Calalytic liners are the bumpy surfaces which line the inside walls of the oven. They absorb the food and grease and break it down so that the oven is easier to clean. Pyrolytic programmes run for a couple of hours and burn off all the grime in your oven at temperatures up to 500°C. As it gets so hot, the oven door usually locks so that all you need to do is sweep up the ash that’s left over at the end.
