+ Looks very well a bit like a commercial model. Large grill area, double oven is very convenient (especially cooking Yorkishire Puddings). Compared to last gas oven this is very powerful, was not to sure about having an electric one, just need to get used to celsius rather than using gas marks.

- Wok Holder could have been larger.
Would have preferred the small gas burner at the back(personal preference).
Bottom oven light stopped working after 4 days (not found out why yet and not got round to testing)

- buttons on time control not as solid as rest, layout of dials for oven a little confusing at first.

+ heats up quick, sturdy design. double oven is best feature. had same oven in previous house and had no problems so had to purchase same for new house!

- stainless steel design actually has black gas top, would look much better all stainless steel and also knobs are black

+ For a free-standing unit the Kenwood is one of the better looking cookers on the market in this price range. The fan-assisted oven gets up to temperature quite quickly and the gas burners are quite powerful but they don't suit my pans perfectly as they throw quite a wide flame.

- As has been previously documented, the secondary fan which is somewhere in the back of the unit is very noisy and kicks in to cool it down staying on for around 25 mins after use. Annoying, as if you leave a baking tray on top of it it will vibrate. Also the gas rings throw out too much heat for a gentle simmer so I've bought a heat diffuser.

+ Ring burners are excellent.Fantastic top and bottom oven with even cooking. No complaints at all. Good for cooking a roast for 14 people.

+ Having the extra large gas ring is good. Also having a double oven and grill is great.

- The fact that it arrives with no electrical cable to connect it to the supply? Also it would have been better if there was a glass lid over the hob?

+ Has two ovens, one with a thermofan, so main course in one and dessert in the other!

- Haven't used too much, but doesn't seem like the gas is hugely easy to control - it's more or less on or off, with not as much variation in the size of the flame as my previous cooker; having said that, it doesn't really bother me too much anyway.

+ wok feature - just love Chinese cooking with a really large round bottomed wok.

- I'd prefer the large ring - back right - moved front left - soups can simmer at black.
or
the wok to be double switched ie be able switch off the outer circle - then the small ring front left would be great for sauces.
