- The manual needs to be read by a native English speaker using the device. A recipe book would help the user get used to microwave, convection and combination cooking.

- There was not a lot of guidence on times of cooking things like joints of meat and whole chicken etc.All microwaves I have bought previously have always had a recipe book included along with the instructions on how to use.So I feel that may be something for you to include with the microwave.Apart from that factor I am very happy with it.Thank you

Microwave excellent

- No cookery recipes having not used a convextion oven before I am having to look far a recipe book So have not been able to use the function. The same applies for the micowave/ grill function.

+ Easy to use, looks good with nice brushed steel. Not overly complicated to use. Has oven, grill and microwave combined for a decent price - could not find anything better with same features for a similar price.

- Slightly annoying several beeps when microwave has stopped or beeps on every button press. Have not found anything else really.
