+ easy to understand and really is quick and has some really useful tools

+ nothing is perfect hence no 10 scores but this is as good as it gets, all things being considered, in my opinion

- Kaspersky wanted to charge almost double what I paid at PC World just to renew from KIS 2009 and Ive been a loyal customer for years.

+ I have Kaspersky security software for several years. I continue to do so because I think it is the best there is. In the past I have used other well known makes which I found intrusive and one market leader actually made changes to my system that made it run less well. That has never happened with Kaspersky and when I have wanted advice, their support staff are always helpful.

Fit and forget ! Does`nt interfere with any other applications that are running,which is exactly what you want!
Updates very frequently,several times a day usually,without interuption.
Configuration straightforward and controls easy to use.
Spam filter, pop up blocker and anti virus are extremely efficient and discrete.

- This edition appears to be making my computer to run rediculously slow especially when the system is running one programme or another and this 'running' seems to be on a very regularl basis.

+ Fantastic value, great protection and functionality. Interface is fairly easy to find your way around and use. Virtual keyboard is also very handy when entering passwords online.

- Firewall is very difficult to understand and configure, compared with many other firewalls.

+ good protection for computers, easy to load, logical and easy to use user interface

+ New definitions every day, regular updates, runs in the background without using much processing power or memory.

+ Everything -beats norton by a mile -free tune up utilities is excellent for anyone wanting to simplify and tweak vista -many performance improvements available with the software doing most of the work for you.

- I had to re-install it to get it to work properly despite following the installation guide to the lettter.

- It totally kills your machine dead - opening up a browser took 2 mins - makes everything run slow.

+ It does what I would expect from an Internet Security program, at a good cost. Virtually nothing gets past it, and it keeps the user informed as to what it encounters constantly. All in all a great product and good value for money.

- Some people might not like the dialogue boxes that keep appearing when a potential threat is encountered, but I dare say that you can turn them off if you want.

+ It slows the computer down so much, that you couldn't possibly get a virus as you can't even open a web browser!
