- Laser slide on viewfinder (too sensitive). Short battery life (expensive battery). Needs wider angle of view.

+ Easy to use, clear picture, steady. Small and light, all you need to create your own movies.

- Sound records a little bit quiet, but this was for a singer/songwriter for youtube so for most purposes it's great, you can't expect a full PA.

+ Camera is easy to use and is very light-weight.
It gives good quality playback.
I also like the light on the front - very useful

- Battery life not as good as expected and as only records to SD card would expect at least 1 to be included in the package.

+ Uses HCSD cards instead of spooled film (unlike in my old camcorder). Lightweight and looks good. Easy to transfer footage to PC via USB connection. Can recharge battery by plugging the charging lead straight into the camera, so no need to remove battery first (unlike my old one again!)

- I haven't used it much yet, but haven't found any bad points yet.
