If set up right, really steady.
Can be wrapped around anything.

Can be a bit fiddly; took me a while to get used to it.
Its awkward to attach the camera to it unless you get a head for it (I used an old Manfrotto ball head)

+ does exactly what it says on the tin and is easy to use
- should have the camera plate with the product as you buy that and then cant use it, not good
