Jessops Inkjet Paper Photo A3 Matt Heavy Weight 50

+ This Matt Heavyweight paper printed well on my Epson R1800. The blacks were particularly good being velvety and showing plenty of content from an inkjet printer not dedicated to black and white printing.

- Too few sheets in the box!

+ i used to use epson own brand with my 1290s and 1400 but found this paper is just as good and far cheaper

- this is not photo paper and it is not A3 - at best, this is white card

+ This grade of heavyweight matt paper is ideal for A3 size calendars which is what i use it for. Every year i do about 25 personal calendars for people and by useing matt paper, it enables the owner to write in the spaces.

- Up to this point in time there are none.

+ good quality matt surface, good weight for framing or mounting, exceptional price

- Occasional problems with feeding into my Epson printer

+ it's white on the back and not yellow like some paper.

- leaves a dusting on the printer

- black and white needs high contrast

+ I've used this paper for around 10 years - on high quality Epson photographic printers (stylus photo, then Photo EX, then, 1290s, currently the Photo 1400); the quality of print is excellent (provided you use the correct settings!

+ Good weight, beautiful surface and rendering of colour and detail. Intense blacks and darker colours.

- Can't think of any.

+ We like it's colour, front and back. Other papers of this weight tend to be yellow on the back.

- It leaves a fine 'dust' that cloggs up our printer. Not so good.

+ Very economical and good quality. It would be nice to have a similar weight and price, but with a course texture. i.e. like watercolour paper.
