- Initially the concept is excellent, but twice in hot weather the stupid glue became unstuck - loosing two lens caps! Now come on - devise better glue, please.

- The anchoring end of the cord [opposite to the one connected to the lens cap] is fidgety to secure to camera body. Could be better to help camera users who regularly change lenses on their digital SLRs and thus have to undo the camera anchoring end in the field.
