- Drop in image quality and not particularly good at its job

- Not easy to attach to Nikon lens
Even with a camera support image quality is reduced more than we expected

- Doesd not do what it says on the box or instructions. It would not work with my Nikon AFS lenses despite saying that it would. It would NOT allow autofocus despite stating that this facility would only NOT work with Canon cameras. Information on both website, box and instructions is poor and led to a lot of wasted time being spent on something that just would nOT work with my D40X and lenses.

- As expected you will need a steady hand and a lot of light to get good results

- Autofocus does not work consistently when used with Nikon AF telephoto zoon lens (NB: not the VR zoom, so it is supposed to be compatible)

+ It increased focal length as required

- Picture quality was equivalent to a very high iso, the af on a sigma lense was near impossible, and it made the manual focus feel as though it was full of grit. I did return the product, which was a shame as it was a product i could have done with at a very reasonable price.

+ if you are looking for a budget version tele 2x converter , this is the one i would recomend ,
