+ Easy to use , easy to clean , large oven , glass door and internal light are great for keeping an eye on food without opening the door. Also the range of different oven settings means it's a real energy saver. Looks great too!

- No locking nuts on the ajustable feet.

+ Appearance, value, cost and the fact that it is one of the few ovens on the market that are dual fuel for an affordable price. It looks very sleek in my kitchen.

- It is a bit noisy when cooking and the timer has to be on when the oven os on but this only allows 2 hours to be done before switching off so you have to watch if you are doing a big family roast with all of the trimmings. But otherwise it is FANTASTIC!

+ It is really easy to use, and also looks nice. Also it is a good cooker in terms of A/B rating for energy.

- The oven needs cleaning really regularly. Far more regularly than my old gas cooker needed. If you fail to clean it, the stench is overwhelming. Also it is a real shame that there isn't a top that you can put down on top of the hob, but this is the case with many cookers I guess.

+ A good height to work on with plenty of room on top I like the extra width, the oven is easy to view and the whole cooker is easy to control and to clean.

- The graphics for each control dial are not very clear to see even in good light. The storage drawer has a lower back and sometimes items stacked in it can slide out the back when you open it.

+ Having had my last cooker 20 years with no problems this cooker has a lot to live up to. So far am very happy with everything - the look, the ease of use and especially the dual fuel that I have never had before being a gas cooker girl. I do a lot of cake baking and am just getting to gripps with the fan oven.

- I think there should be a chart on the temperature differences on the fan oven. I have found things a bit confusing and have taken a while to work them out.

Conventional ovens heat from the bottom so the top of the oven will be slightly hotter than the bottom. This is useful when you’re cooking lots of different dishes at a time. However, they do take a little longer than fan ovens to heat up. Fan ovens circulate the air so that you get an even temperature throughout the oven. They are quicker to heat up which means they save on energy and time. Multifunction ovens give you the flexibility to use different methods of cooking. They usually have both fan and conventional settings as well as pizza settings that will only cook from the bottom, giving you a crispy pizza, or top-only cooking that is very useful for browning.
Self Cleaning	None
Self-cleaning ovens can come with catalytic liners or pyrolytic programmes. Calalytic liners are the bumpy surfaces which line the inside walls of the oven. They absorb the food and grease and break it down so that the oven is easier to clean. Pyrolytic programmes run for a couple of hours and burn off all the grime in your oven at temperatures up to 500°C. As it gets so hot, the oven door usually locks so that all you need to do is sweep up the ash that’s left over at the end.
