+ Easy to operate and efficient in use. Quiet, and with a 1600 drum speed, gets clothes fairly dry without the need to use a dryer. Large drum means that more clothes can be washed at one time.

+ The Washing machine has a good sized drum which can get a lot of cloths in, its very quite and it also looks very nice as well. the enegy saving modes are great and also the 1600 spin really drys the cloths which means that the cloths spent less time in the dryer again saving money!

- the programs are not very good, we really only use 1 and 2 as the heat settings are not ajustable on most of the programs (they are if you want less heat but not more) also its the same with the spin.
Some of the programs are of no use at all in this day and age, so really could have had more options on the MAIN washes that people do. i.e colours. but thats all.

+ The machine is fairly quiet, and has a great 1600 spin speed, which makes a big differtence when ur drying clothes indoors. The drum size is great and its very reliable.

- Only downfall - it doesnt have a half load facility which would be handy for the few items you want to do.

+ My wife is blind and she had to be able to operate the controls by touch alone. The dials are ok because they click but the buttons do not indicate thet they are depressed except by a visual LED.

- My wife cannot tell which buttons are depressed. Why not produce disabled accessable washing machines?

+ The noise is a lot quieter than my last machine and switches itself off after a certain length of time after load has finished

- was promised a 15 minute quick wash, what they neglected to say was it was for a kilo of washing and it only spins on that quick wash at 800 rpm. the quickest cycle is 55 minutes

+ My previous machine was Indesit and I wanted to keep to the same brand, as I knew how easy it is to use, variable spin speed on this model is a good extra. Plenty of drum space for my needs.

- There's only really one point I'm not too happy about, and that is the door is rather 'stiff' to close, and it has to be given a really good 'thump' to close it tightly.
