+ Everything - all items come out looking brand new - you think your glasses etc. are clean but when they come out of the dishwasher you realise they were not when washing by hand. I've gained a whole work surface back (this was always stacked with dishes etc. waiting to be washed) and also my draining board is now always completely clear (washed items were always sitting there drying before).

- None at all. Wish we'd bought one years ago, when I was working and even now that I'm retired I don't know what I'd do without it.

+ We have always purchased this make of machine and the last dishwasher lasted almont 5 years and we thought it was good value for money in every respect.

+ I bought the dishwasher for my daughter as she moved into her first property and especially with her having a young baby, she has found this a tremendous help and certainly saves time and amazed at the cleanliness and dryness on all items, after the cycle has finished.

I use programme 3 and find that dishes do not always come out clean and are usually smeary.

+ I have this model in the large size in silver at home and in the small size in silver at our holiday home. This small size seems to have a faster programme than the larger one so its great - fits well into a small space and has a nice look to the front.

- Top rack not good for mugs, leaves water on the tops, not enough angle for drainage.

+ washes great no problems, even on a full load of dirty pots only needs the quick cycle to get pots sparkling clean.

- This is my first Dishwasher so I have noting to compare but I was not impressed about the drying a lot, any plastic dished need to be hand dried but like I said I am new to the world of dishwashers. The cutlery holder is flimsy and a bit unstable.

+ remarkably big capacity for a slimline dishwasher. Had to purchase a slimline as we have a small kitchen, this was the best value for money and the silver matched the other units in the kitchen.

- A bit noisier than I expected but not too noisy

+ Small enough to fit in the space I had. Quiter than I thought it would be. Looks nicer than a lot of dishwashers I have seen. Generally cleans well.

- Doesn't dry very well and have had residue left on crockery at times. Wouldn't be big enough to fit a larger families pots in all at once. (There are 4 of us and we only just get them all in). If you use lots of pans at once to cook meals then probably wouldnt get them all in with crockery aswell but then it is a small dishwasher and not full size.

+ 4 choices of cycles (I tend to use the Rapid & Dry cycle for slightly dirty dishes, which only takes 44 minutes) and it looks good. Even though the racks are flimsy, they do what they need to

- Doesn't accommodate large plates (e.g. pizza plates). Items sometimes aren't fully dry.

+ ideal for a couple or singles to keep their kitchen free from clutter

- i found that occasionally some dishes did not dry completely

- on one occasion, I set the dishwasher on normal wash, went out, on return 4 hours later the dishwasher had got stuck on the hot wash cycle & was still going! no problems since, but do not trust to leave now, which defeats purpose of dishwasher .

- The cutlery basket isn't very stable and the cutlery keeps falling out, thats the only annoying thing

- It doesnt cater for very dirty dishes as our old model did. Beacause of its electronic setup it doesnt allow an instant setting, so that you cannot, for example instantly pump out water without going through the whole rinse cycle.
It was useful on our previous machine to do this if for example the waste outlet pipe had been blocked and was now clear ,The old model allowed water to pump immediately to check that the pipe was clear of obstruction.This machine requires a whole cycle to be completed in order to check this.

+ I am delighted with my dishwasher, and have only EVER used it on cycles 4 and 3. It is quick and quiet and effective.

- When loaded it is sometimes difficult to close the door properly. Items have to be taken out and checked (even though it has been loaded properly).

- Loading is not easy - racks for plates etc too narrow.This is sold as 9 place setting but if used as such some of the plates are too close together and are not properly cleaned.It is not possible to position cutlery so that they do not touch as instructed.If the upper rack is lowered ordinary sized dinner plates do not fit.The tabs to lock the upper rack in place are too loose and can easily be knocked open.Larger dishes are difficult to position on either rack particularly oval ones.

+ It's my first ever dishwasher, so i'm very pleased with it. Took me a couple of days to work out best loading technique, but soon mastered it. Very easy really. Pots and pans are easily accomodated. We are only two so not big loads, however I do tend to use lots of everything,

- Cant think of any, except, I had to loose half my under sink cupboard to fit it in. Thats nothing to do with the performance or fault of the dishwasher though. Would not want to be without one now.

+ Excellent value. I down-sized from a larger model because the family became smaller.As it is I only put it on about twice a week.

- If I have a full load - it does not clean upturned mugs if I have run out of space and have to put them at the bottom. A minor detail - if not clean, put it in for the next load !. No problem.

- THE SLOTS FOR PLATES ARE TO CLOSE TOGETHER, THE CUTLERY BASKET IS TO NARROW AND WHEN FUL WILL TEND TO LEAN OVER AND YES WE HAVE LOADED IT EVENLY. I THINK YOU SHOULD MAKE IT FOR A FEWER PLACE SETTINGS. WE HAVE ALWAYS HAD INDESIT WASHING MACHINES WITH NO PROBLEM (3 MACHINES IN 35 YEARS)
BUT WILL HAVE TO THINK TWICE ABOUT ANOTHER DISHWASHER

+ Efficient dishwasher. I had the previous version which was 7 years old and not functioning brilliantly. I wanted to replace it with a more energy efficient model and get value for money, which I did. I would recommend this machine to friends. Choice of wash cycles is good but I seem to use the same one. This machine is less noisy than my old one, but the cycle seems fairly long. Overall though for someone wanting a reliable economical slimline dishwasher, this is the one.
