+ An excellent oven, providing a choice of fuctions. Looks good. Easy to install. Easy to use.

- The grill pan does not have an integral tray which makes it a bit restrictive.

+ Good electronic timer, nice design

- the grill slats are too big!!! the gap between them is too wide so if you cook softer food (i.e small potato products) or i cooked a corned beef hash bake, if fell through the slats mid way through cooking & was left splattered all over the drip tray underneath, so i have had to use my old ovens grill grid.

+ food is cooked quicker, meals are ready in less time than i had expected as it's a electric oven.

- The smell when using it, it's as if rubber is burning. I had mentioned it to the technician who had fitted it and they say it's because it's new.
Some food are cooked very nicely but other's come out not so good as a gas oven.

Built-in machines have a cabinet door attached to the front of them so that they look like the rest of your kitchen. Freestanding machines can be seen and the machine can be placed in any position in your kitchen.

Self-cleaning ovens can come with catalytic liners or pyrolytic programmes. Calalytic liners are the bumpy surfaces which line the inside walls of the oven. They absorb the food and grease and break it down so that the oven is easier to clean. Pyrolytic programmes run for a couple of hours and burn off all the grime in your oven at temperatures up to 500°C. As it gets so hot, the oven door usually locks so that all you need to do is sweep up the ash that’s left over at the end.
