- Not very happy about the Gas Knobs on Oven or Hobs. Much to easy to push in and release gas, in fact there is no restriction, knobs turn on hob when wiping down. Never had controls which are not restistant to a dishcloth wiping round them? As I have 6 Grand children it is a cause for concern. Is this normal on all hobs now, it has been 5 years since I bought my last one which was an Ariston.

+ It looks pretty, it has basic, useful controls that are straightforward.

- The insides are really rough and consequently the shelves don't slide in and out at all well and scratch the insides. The grill pan comes supplied with a handle which either doesn't fit (I've had hot bacon fat all down me as tray fell to the ground) or you need a degree in engineering to make it worse. Despite preheating the oven it still smells acrid when you heat it up even after 2 weeks use.

+ Easy to set up and use. Flexible space-usage.

- Slightly flimsy inner containers. Poor instruction for base apron.

+ both top and bottom ovens had an A rating which was a major plus for me. The oven is a good size and it is easy to use.

- The controls stick out and therefore sometimes get hot.

- Can't make decent Yorkshire puddings and thats bad!!

+ Fits in well with my kitchen. Provided with enough oven shelves - a lot only come with one shelf.

+ Simple design with a plain black finish that's easy to keep clean. Roomy main oven and useful top oven/grill. Cooks evenly - both oven and grill. Looks very smart with our cream units .

- Timer a little complicated and the new smell is taking a while to wear off. Fan is a bit noisy. Good value for the price.

- There are 2 pieces of glass in the door which has a gap at the top where fat, water etc can run down. The only way to clean in between is to unscrew one piece of glass with a screwdriver!

+ it cooks brilliantly, no oven cold spots. This is the first time i have used electric as i have always had gas, but there is no going back now! It does everything it says on the box! A stylish well designed oven which looks more expensive then it actually is. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

+ Everything about this product is just what I was looking for, from design to performance. I had my previous oven, a Neff, for over 20 years and I thought I was happy with it, but it does not compare to this one. I love it!! I am not very tall and I find that the large oven under the grill (my previous oven was the opposite way round) suits my needs perfectly.
