grill pan doesn't actually fit in grill - for storage - when grill not in use - grill pan handle is not removable - has to be kept in oven!!!! have you ever heard the like!!
grill could be better - takes a while to make toast - thinking of getting toaster!
oven light remains lit all the time - no off switch - have to turn cooker off all the time as it's quite annoying

- Oven is too low to the ground, oven door swings shut if not open all the way back, this can cause someone to burn themselves or panic when trying to get something out the oven, especially heavy items. Most importantly the Flame Safety device does not work correctly as demonstrated

- It takes FORVER TO COOK ANYTHING! It is so slow. It was also quite expensive. We are a young family who need to have an oven that works efficiently especially with the rising gas prices. Don’t feel at the moment it was a good deal

- Going from a fan assisted oven to this one was a bad decision it is so slow everything takes much longer than expected to cook. Very disappointed

- Don't like the handle for the grill pan. If you leave the handle on permantely then you can not close the door.

- handle on grill hard to fit and once fitted cannot close upper grill door. grill handle now in kitchen drawer as I tend to use oven gloves or tea towel to move grill in and out.
