- It has to be on a perfectly flat surface or it vibrates its way around the room

I am very pleased with performance and design and would buy it again, it is very easy to use.

+ It's the simplest washing machine I've ever seen or used. It has pretty lights and sounds to tell you what it's doing.

- I never thought I'd miss seeing my washing spin round, but I'm not sure about the non-glass door. Also, some people may want more settings. I don't know why, but they might.

+ There's very little to understand about this product. The functions are easy to get to grips with and the washing comes out clean.

+ Looks good. Detergent dispenser inside machine. Quiet . Simple to use. Can interupt cycle to add an item. Has a fast program. 5 programs is enough for anybody. Cleans clothes very well . Very trendy machine. Looks very space age with the flashing lights.

- 60 degree wash takes a long time . Only has a cold fill . No display to tell you how much time is left until washing is done . But after a while you get used to that and can judge it yourself as the lights go around the dial . Really only minor points . Some people have said there isn't a seperate spin cycle . But why would you want that anyway? I never used that once on my old machine

+ Very easy to use, it has pretty much everything you need. Looks very neat and tidy. The program details are just inside the door so the front of the machine is kept nice and simple. Looks great and all programs seem to be pretty quiet

- could do with a few extra features for people who have specific items to wash however the programs it has seem to cover mosy bases

+ Quick wash and excellent performance, 30min wash even washes clothes to highest standard. I also like the way the powder/liquid and conditioner go in the door, so you never have to clean all the sludgy bits out of the drawer as I had to in my old machine.

- Not many cycle choices or features, although this is not so bad for me, as I tend to choose 1 programme and stick to it!

+ Actually the main factor to buy was the depth (front to back) of the machine as I had limited space, and the Moon was exactly the right size, plus it loked good and price was attractive. It simple to use and gets the job done quickly with the short cycle times.

- Sometimes we forget the button to use in combination to get the correct cycle and have to dig out the instructions - it's not intuitive. And we have not worked out how to give a load an extra spin, or even if this is possible at all.

+ Looks fantastic and is very easy to use.Seems to be reliable so far and washes efficiently.Love the 'space ship' like blue pulsating lights and the futuristic appearance which makes you just want to watch it all day, especially at night! Well built and quiet in operation. Lovely if you can say that about a washing machine!

- Probably does not have as many features as other machines but has all that is really necessary and they are very easy to use.Was recommended by Indesit to use de-calcifying tablets once a month to stop it gunging up.A little expensive.

- underestimeted the value of being able to see your washing and if there is anything wrong with it.
Feel that the LED display in ennergy inefficient and seems to use unneeded energy in an increasingly energy conciosus consumer environment
The drip tray is hard to manage

+ Stylish. Easy to use. Easy-to-read manual. I love the blue coloured lights on the dial showing you how much time is left on the cycle. Warning beep when the cycle is finished.

- It may be just my particular machine and a one-off problem. But after only 6-8 times of using the machine it started to leak from the front drainer. It shouldn't have filled this quickly. I am now monitoring it to see if it does it again.

+ Great design - even my husband was exicted about getting it as it looks so cool!! Really simple to use - if you don't ever mess about altering the temp or length of spin time etc on your washing machine then why have the option? This is staright-forward and hopefully that means there is less to go wrong?!!

- None discovered so far - I've only had it a couple of weeks. The cycle times are longer than on my old machine - but I think they are pretty standard compared to other makes and models and I think the cycles are longer due to the need for energy efficiency?
