+ everything
- bad battery life and wont connect via bluetooth with other mobiles
purchased 30 Mar 2009
+ the fully functionall touch screen along with the QWERTY keyboard make it really easy to use and simple for SMS and Emails, the music function is well designed aswell all in all a brilliant mobile phone. The mobile apps are brilliant
- The battery isn't as long as most other phones so if you constantly use the phone the battery could die quickly, and its inability to send files via bluetooth you can only use the bluetooth for handsfree with is a bit of a let down, not coming with standard video recording capability is a bit of a downer but luckily you can download free apps which let you make videos.
purchased 02 Apr 2009
+ Applications, qwerty keyboard
- Battery life, camera has no flash and bluetooth only connects to headsets
purchased 30 Mar 2009
+ its great like having a mini laptop with you all the time and like that the apps in the market are free
- Battery goes down very quickly when browsing.
purchased 31 Mar 2009
+ The notifications bar is very good easy to see if you have an email, text or missed call, and the text part is good as it just continues on from your last messege to that person.
- The battery life only lasts a day, and if you go on a game it wont even last a day. Sending emails can take a couple of days to go through.
purchased 31 Mar 2009

Web browsing with this phone is incredible, with 3G turned on, it is as fast as Or even faster than my home internet connection.
Applications in the 'Market' (a re-make of apples App store) are so useful and entertaining, and almost all are Free.
The navigation and keypads on the phone are great, the combantion of track ball, touch screen and keyboard is incredible.
Battery life is unexpectadly good, free applications can be downloaded help manage power usage.
- The phone feels fragile. The case does not feel like it would withstand any extent of damage. I see many insurance claims in the future for this model.
purchased 30 Mar 2009
+ Apps are good.
- Battery life and camera are useless.
purchased 08 Apr 2009
+ I find it really easy to use with keypad. And i love the applications you can download
- No video camera, no zoom on camera, bad auto focus. and cant bluetooth items to other phones
purchased 06 Apr 2009
+ Awesome operating system which will only get better in time
-
Battery life is extremely poor and design of handset is outdated and too big for every day use.
No 3.5mm jack and no on screen keyboard.
purchased 07 Apr 2009
+ like having amini laptop every where u go fast speed its great i like it better than my iphone and colour white
- a little bi complicated if u r like me it could be more user friendly
purchased 09 Apr 2009
+ good thing the option to add other features n personlise it
- the battery life is terrible!
purchased 05 Apr 2009
+ the layout, being able to access the internet and the applications i can use
- no bluetooth, the camera, not bein able to record, and sometimes its slow

It's a great phone and I love it . The seperate keyboard is so easy to use, especially as I have arthritus in my hands
Also it's so easy to use. a great all round phone, would certainly recommend.
- The only bad point is it's battery life, and needs to be charged every night.
purchased 08 Apr 2009
+ Ease of use, seemless integration of web and phone functions, new firmware updates
- battery life is short..too short, infact this sentence is longer
purchased 15 Apr 2009
+ I like the access to e-mail & web browsing. All the options are easy to use and uncomplicated.
- I dont like the Keypad and struggle to see the letters. Letters are too pale and do not stand out, once the Keypad lights up they are practically invisible.

+ Brought this phone for my 13 yr old daughter and instantly wanted it myself, some really fab applications you can download from the market place and mostly all free!!! its easy to use, and looks good too.
- the battery life doesn't last long at all......
purchased 13 Apr 2009
+ All in all a very useful intuitive software interface backed up with good hardware, plenty of expansion room and the ever useful full QWERTY keypad, definitely my preference over a full touch screen.
- Just not as pretty as the IPhone, still I wouldn't change it.
purchased 01 Apr 2009
+ The whole phone is great, pushed emails, calander, syncing, browsing, the novel apps that keep coming, over all the functionality of the phoen is fantastic as well as the fact it is always updateing to perform better and better functions.
- The battery.... but not as big an issue as I make out as if you use it on normal G mode rather thaan 3G it will easliy last 3 days comapred to around 30 hours on 3g only. the G gives you all the functionality of emails and calander at a slightly slower pace whihc you won't notice unless you are browsing. why doesn;t latitude work? why is there no amazon mp3 store yet for the UK?)
purchased 14 Apr 2009
+ Its a good looking phone very good alternative to an iphone much better for value for money. works well, lots of cool apps
- all i can think of really is the battery life, i have considered looking for a better one online. lasts well on standby but internet use and calls drain it fast

purchased 25 Apr 2009
+ The qwerty keyboard is easy to use, as well as the on screen keyboard. Tons of applications are available for the phone. I especially like the choice of using a keyboard and touch screen depending on my needs at that moment in time.
- The phone can be slow to use and you can't turn off applications like the camera once you have started them, which eats into the battery life. The phone needs charging every night and I also charge it in the car.
purchased 29 Apr 2009

purchased 05 May 2009
+ The phone looks good, stylish, has lots to offer, applications are easy to install and manage, camera is good, sound is good. Still getting used to phone and discovering new things.
- The touch screen doesnt always register, and on odd occasions has a mind of its own. The battery life is very poor. Cannot bluetooth to mobiles other than G1s, so far that seems to be it.

+ looks good, loads of free downloadable applications for it, easy to use, great keyboard, really easy to synch your email with it even if you're not on Googlemail, good camera
- battery life is extremely poor, the touch screen keypad is very fiddly even for small fingers
purchased 14 May 2009
+ compact computer lookalike
- none really
purchased 10 May 2009
+ I love how the messages go together and its like reading a written conversation.. It would be good if you could delete multipule messages. I love the touch screen and the ball and it just looks funky. I like googleing stuff when iim out and youtubeing it. The anaroid market is cool but most of them after downloading mess up and slow the phone down even more!! For a 3.2 mp it is good high quality, i think it would be better if the camera had more functions like black/white ... frames.. zoom!
- NO BLUETOOTH!!! That is seriously bad... it needs bluetooth. Also music I can't get hold of any bcs my friemds can't bluetooth them to me and I paying isn't an option that also let's the phone down alittle. It could be louder aswell.. but apart from that its a good phone.
purchased 28 May 2009
+ The Web browsing, SMS, Camcorder, Music Player, Mostly everyting
- I don't like the fact you can't bluetooth music, and the camera don't have a flash. Also the Contacts is way to simple & boring e.g. Ringtones & pictures for chosen contacts. Most importantly when recording a video & transfering it to the pc theres no sounds on the video. Why is that? And the batterie to fast!!!
purchased 28 May 2009
+ So many good points... too many to mention. Probably the Android Market place - loads of apps, games and tools and most of them are FREE! Great design and is definately a head turner.
- The battery life is TERRIBLE. I put mine into Airplane mode to conserve battery time when not using it.
purchased 29 May 2009
+ so easy to use and you only add applications that you want to
- battery life is very poor
purchased 30 May 2009
+ Looks amazing, everyone comments on my phone, Amazing for web browsing and shoping online, light weight, music player is good, head phones that it comes with are ok but not great, it also plays music out loud so i can play music when im in the shower :)
- Batery is pritty bad, especially when spending long times on the phone and web browsing, but it isnt too bad plus you can buy extra batery from t.mobile. Camra is not to good either as it blurs alot same as camcorder.

1.phone being like a mini computer is bril! small enough yet big enough to be functinal as a computer. congratulations.
2 touch screen function fabulous!
3 music sound quality and capacity brilliant
-
1. battery life too short. i would appreciate another battery if possible?
2. phone ringer, alarm and reminder alarm does not ring loud enough or long enough. the motorolla phone is a good example of what I would prefer.
3. The calender schedule function does not copy events to other days at random choice. This would be extremely useful for copying dutys.
4.if you made the picture quality on this product of a higher standard and added a video taking function this product would be unbelieveable!

purchased 27 Jan 2009
+ It's incredibly versatile and well beyond my expectations.
- If you run any apllications for any length of time, it rapidly drains its battery.
purchased 27 Jan 2009
+ Has a good design and is very useful. The integration with Google's apps is a bonus. Other apps are easily downloaded for the phone.
- GPS has a few bugs in it and the battery life isn't all that great, requiring charging each night.
purchased 28 Jan 2009
+ its a great phone all round would recommend to anyone
- battery does not last long enough
purchased 28 Jan 2009
+ I like the keyboard and the touch screen as well as the internet
- I dont like the short battery life and the fact as there is no blue tooth to connect to other phones.
purchased 27 Jan 2009
+ google map is the best feature.....and also web browsing
- i think sliding system is bad......cause it may get spoiled very quickly
purchased 22 Jan 2009
+ When I first saw a mobile phone a number of years ago, I thought about what my perfect phone would be like, and this is the first time I have seen one that approaches my ideal. The most important features for me are ease of use of the internet; easy, swift access to my email; the ability to customise the desktop and add applications; the opportunity to write new applications if I so wish; the fact that it does not seize up and need rebooting like other smartphones; and the fact that it is not made by Apple :o)
- The battery life is not very good - I get 48 to 60 hours normal use out of a charge.
purchased 27 Jan 2009
+ android os, open source

purchased 28 Jan 2009
+ brilliant for the internet and appliciations
- needs a virtual keypad for quick texts and a better battery life
purchased 27 Jan 2009
+ very easy to use and the music and internet is great.
- the battery life is very annoying!!
purchased 08 Jan 2009
+ Truely great open source operating system. Wonderful programming platform with great tools. The market place for applications (free and non-free) will grow and change the way we use phones. Gone are the days with sandboxs where the core applications cannot be changed.
- Battery life is poor but other 3G phones also have this problem. Tethering is limited but there is a application available now: tetherbot. Screen is slightly creaky, but nothing really bad. Camera could be better. None of these points should stop people buying this great phone. Android rules (or will rule)!
purchased 27 Jan 2009
+ touchscreen, WIFI, all other phone functions.
- Battery Life
purchased 04 Feb 2009
+ Internet connectivity and the way applications seamlessly link to the browser. Applications have rich graphics and most run smoothly. Like the way that I can customise it to my own spec, more features to be added over time so for tech heads and developers this phone is a dream.
- The battery is my biggest bugbear! With a stretch of only a day if using wifi or having made 3-4 average length calls.
purchased 30 Jan 2009
+ Its greatfor the internet, and they keypad is handy. Easy enough to use when you get used to it.
- the battery only lasts a couple of hours if you use the internet, coverage keeps going up and down like a yo yo
purchased 05 Feb 2009
+ The phone itself is nice, can be a bit of a pain to get the keyboard out for every bit of text but am getting used to it. The touch screen works well & there are some useful apps available for it too.
- Battery life is not particularly good - its going on charge at least once a day.
purchased 06 Feb 2009

internet on the go, email on the go, overall a fantastic phone.
does everything every other phone boasts about, all packed into this one phone but then pushes the bounderies and delivers even more!!
-
battery life could be better
design when charge lead or phones are plugged in means diff to hold and type.
space bar on the side of keyboard rather than at bottom would have been better
but these are small things though coz phone is great!!
purchased 03 Feb 2009
+ how easy e-mail is on the phone, the camera is good, almost everything on the phone is how a phone should be
- u have to download things which most phone already have, no flast on the camera
purchased 05 Feb 2009
+ Good Screen, good qwerty keyboard, good size fonts on screen
- for me lack of a modem
purchased 06 Feb 2009
+ Apps at the moment are free, may change soon! Wi-Fi is handy if you are near a open hotspot.
-
The battery life is pretty dire 1050 mAh is nowhere near enough.
Could do with an on screen keyboard to augment the main keyboard, for inputting a few characters instead of turning it round and sliding it open.
purchased 06 Feb 2009
+ internet browsing
- battery life
purchased 05 Jan 2009
+ Its a great phone for teenagers to professionals, my daughter loves the browsing features and the little treats that attach to it like the music recognition feature, I found the email, and organiser great for keeping me informed day to day, and the ease of use. Its a great little phone.
- The key pad is small and any chunky thums and you hit more than one button at a time takes a bit of getting used to but to be fair with the amount I text it only took a week.

purchased 10 Feb 2009
+ A very well rounded product. compatability with other devices is excellent and the ease of setting everything up is superb
- The only small down side is the battery life, although not bad lasting a day easily with good use, remebering to charge it every evening is a must.
