+ I think the phone looks samrt its a bit bulky though,

- The battery life is complete rubbish it doesnt even last a full day even if am not playing music. I gets really irritating

+ Is a great mobile phone with greats features. There is a lot of applications on it, and te phone is easy to use. I use his map last week to find my way in Italy and in Brighton yesterday. Also it keep you update with your mail. You will never miss any mail.

- The bad point with the phone is his battery life. I have to walk with my charger everywhere, particulary if I want to use internet on walk. Some application doesn't work very well sometime. Like te one that i set up to automaticaly swift my phone on vibration when at work. Sometime it would go off and came back on after a few hours.

+ Excellent OS, Android is by far the best mobile OS I have ever used. The apps available on this phone are amazing and web browsing is a doddle.

- Well, it freezes all of the time, it has no battery life, the camera only works some of the time, the phone is slightly too big!

+ easy to use and get the feel of,got lots of extras on and feels quite robust

- there are some very simple extras that are either not on this or they are limited ie bluetooth and video,i struggle to also get to put names in the contacts,even though you get a cd for the computer i did not get a very good instruction type manual so if you do not have a computer you could be a bit up the creek

+ it is like having a small computer with you all the time.

+ There is no one 'great' feature of the phone. It is, as I see it, a mini computer. I can use it for writing books, organising appointments, twitter, maintaining contacts and even editing websites. Aside from a few networking issues it is very Mary Poppins - practically perfect in every way.

- The down side is that you can only bluetooth to a headset? It can see my laptop but alas it is struck dumb unless I have yet another cable at hand. Why no adhoc wireless connection. It would seem that someone has chosen to handicap the phone by restricting its connectability. A real pity, as it is just so brilliant otherwise.

- The battery runs out really quick when you are using it to browse or play games and the keyboard is really awkward to use especially the digits where the thumb is and I also keep holding my thumb up when texting and it must hover over the send key so I end up sending incomplete texts.

+ really good phone once you get used to using it, and market makes it so much more tailorable to your own needs.

- battery life, however it lasts me from 8 - 5 at school with it in use alot of the time.

+ the good points are that you can download applications, thats really good and the music is pretty cool and I like the way it looks and the keypad....makes texting so much easier.

- Well I charge it almost every night, the storage isn't that great although its not bad it just could be better, I think the fact the camera doesn't have a zoom is bad and it could be a better pixel and also have video recording. Don't all phones have that now?

+ Syncs brilliantly with Google apps which I already use. Keyboard is much nicer than using virtual touchscreen versions. Web browsing is brilliant. Trackball feature is very useful. Touchscreen works seamlessly.

- Battery life could be better but what I expect from a high function, always connected device. Not as cool as iPhone but functions are great. Camera not great but as I don't really need that feature apart from occasional fun snaps, that doesn't bother me.

+ Looks good, full keyboard, 3G and wireless. Ties in with your gmail account if you have one - it makes checking your emails easy.

- The battery life means that you have to turn off all of the useful features - 3G, wireless and bluetooth, turn the screen brightness down to minimum and not call too many people through the day to get the battery to last the full day. If you don't do these (particularly turn off 3G), the phone dies within 4 - 6 hours. After you have turned everything off, you will still need to recharge every day. The bluetooth is useless for anything other than connecting a handsfree kit. You can't transfer any objects to or from the phone.

+ Phone features are great. Most apps are free but not all work fully according to their description. Typing a text or email couldn't be easier using the built-in keyboard. Phone looks great, feels great and works a treat, I have had no major issues. Maps works great, instant google answers with google search. camera is pretty decent. Easy controls. Comes very basic untill you get onto the market where a whole new world of fun and joy opens. The good points easily outweigh the bad points.

- You are only limited to a certain amount of applications but hopefully this will be resolved by software update to save and load apps from memory card. Battery life is not great but I now have it lasting 36hours, thats including phoning, texting and web browsing within that time. Refuses to work properly with hotmail accounts, don't know whether this is the web browser software or the hotmail.com site coding. Camera does not record videos, many pps have tried but I have found none that fully work. Volume for loudspeaker or for music could be louder.

- blutooth not recognised by anyones fone so i cant blutooth anyone. cant go on facebook with it .people ring me and just get answer machine . keep losing network so cant ring anyone

- Cannot use Skype (call will be charged), Cannot specify individual caller ring tone. Cannot access exchange server email.

+ android market is brilliant, albeit very limited on new applications after you have been through and downloaded the interesting ones.

- battery life is absalutaly terrible. If T-Mobile could not fix this problem then they should atleast have sent an extra batter and external battery charger in the accessories pack

+ Simply an amazing phone. I'm using it right now to fill out this form. Since I got this phone I have started to wonder how I lived without it for so long. My laptop is just gathering dust now.

- There are only 2 bad things really.
Because this phone does so much and you won't put it down, the battery only lasts for around 10 hours.
There is no flash player for web based content but this won't be a problem soon because the makers of flash player are currently testing flash player 10 on the phone.

+ Very intuitive OS, easy to use. Free apps for lots of stuff, nice and quick web browsing, integrated gps and google stuff

+ I love the ability to have automatic email; the camera is good, the full QWERTY keyboard is really helpful for sending emails and texting.

- It does not synchronise with Outlook which is disappointing, and the lack of notes, or to do list was annoying at first, but have found apps in the Market to offset.

+ the phone is ideal for me mainly for work, its also open source which means if i need a particular software that has not been made I can make it myself.

- you aren't able to record video's and the camera is quite slow, not what i expected. also if you use the browser and email a lot, the battery doesn't last long at all.

+ The operating system feels fast and solid (old windows mobile phone used to hangup all the time). Android market looks really promising with new apps arriving thick and fast. Link with Google provides seamless access to Gmail, Google maps and a nice browser.

- Doesn't work smoothly with MS Exchange although I can collect emails and apps may be available to sort this eventually.
GPS and 3G surfing eats battery power.

+ Love the response of the touch screen, the user interface and all the market apps.

- The Battery life does only last upto 24hours.

+ customise on the fly with the andriod market place, it can do so many things.
its great being able to get email anywhere anytime.

+ Really good product, you can sync Outlook, Evolution, Gmail. Enter an appointment on the phone and it updates your home PC on the fly. I use linux, and Evolution syncing is even easier than Outlook.

- Battery life isn't great. But it'll get you through the day.

+ The connectivity is excellent as is the operating system. Google Android is excellent. The screen is clear and the touch screen smooth and the amount of applications available is very good.

- The camera is terrible and there's no video capture. The battery life is quite poor if using the phone frequently and the fact there is no on-screen keyboard is frustrating for sending quick texts

+ I love this phone. It has everything and is a joy to use, even for making phone calls. The amount of technology converged so well into one device is amazing. If you're a gadget freak like me you will love it. If you just want a phone that can do email and browse etc, you will still love it.

- If you use all the gizmos on it your battery life will be short. If you just want a basic no-frills phone, don't even go here.

- i think there are only three things wrong with the product
1) Battery Life
2) Connection with other phones through bluetooth
3) Speakers need to be upgraded as the sound is very quiet and has very bad quality

- build quality. the screen is never snug against the body, it rattles, makes it really annoying when the screen is deployed.

-applications are not under control by the OS (installed apps are using data even though data roaming is disabled! this is a design flaw...)

-OS is locked down -> users cannot even access the filesystem
-usb connectivity is poor (it lookslike design was not completed...)
-User experience design flaws where UIX is different accross the OS
-no video capture support
-lack of language support
-changing gmail account is impossible unless the device is hard reset
-battery life is extremely poor...due to constant data traffic which cannot be switched off
-no Bluetooth SAP support
-in browser there is no Flash support
-applications cannot be closed (minimized only)
-audio quality is poor

+ excellent slide design, good veriaty of software free for download, excellent and very fast web browsing

+ The large screen is great. Writing text with a proper keyboard is much easier to compose sensible and clear message. The mapping and GPS facility is a fantastic toy and useful tool for getting around.

- The battery life is pitifully low. The instruction manual is difficult to navigate and the phone is too complicated to work out what the functions are by trial and error. For example i still can't work functions such as the voice recorder (where is it ?) A video recording facility is lacking, shame as this would be ok!

- email setup doesn't work. limited bluetooth connectivity. No Java. Poor documentation

+ this phone is very useful when using gtalk chat and easy to type. and a lot of application.

+ the android market is amazing. just need to wait until they get some more games on there. using the touch screen and tracker ball are really smooth. and the sound quality rocks.

- shame the email facility cant support hotmail. because i dont have a google account so i cant really use email unless i access it through my browser. keypad is a bit small and when the phone is open it feels a bit flimsy.

+ Integration with all things google is excellent. Free applications are also very useful to offset cost of phone and contract. GPS is one of my favorite functions.

- Where to start poor battery life, no video player cant watch videos when internet browsing piture messages dont work. sound quality is poor sometimes you can have in next to you and its so quiet that you miss calls and txts.

+ It is great to have always on internet and full, proper net on a phone. It is easy to use if you are used to a computer as it has clickable icons. The qwerty keyboard is good to have as well.

- I haven't managed to connect anything via bluetooth yet. The trackball can sometimes be hard to control.

- somtimes the apps crash the phone, the battery life is rubbish if you are using the phone for GPS or browsing the web for an amount of time.

+ The camera produces much better pictures than perhaps the 3megapixels might suggest. Also, the option whether to email, or simply MMS your pictures to your friends is so easy to use (and now that I'm a proud grandfather, very, very handy indeed).
