+ very little

- poor battery, hard to use, poor signal everywhere, unlocks self rings people unexectly, overall very poor wouldnt want anyone esle to have this.

+ When it does work, it's gorgeous to look at.

- Compatible headphones are attrocious, no room to expand memory, camera is prone to crashing, touch flo is full of bugs - think windows 95 at it's worst, delays in typing text messages, lack of room to personalise it, the glossy finish allows it to smudge easily, phantom calls people on the middle of the night, charger cable is badly made and coming away at the socket after a few months of use. All in all it's like a gorgeous inbred relative. Avoid if at all possible.

+ There may be some good points to the phone which I have not yet found because there is to many bad point that I have lost intrest in using the phone

- Battery life is very limited when using any of the fuctions i.e. photos,video and any of the web funtions.
The worst thing is that you can not lock the volume keys, when a call is in coming and you take the phone out of it protective case and it catches the volume key it automatically answers the call whether you want to take the call or not which is very anoying

- IT WON'T LET ME CALL OUT WITHOUT ADDING A NUMBER AS A CONTACT, NEEDS CHARGING OVERNIGHT, EVERYNIGHT, WIFI IS UNRELIABLE, SYNCHRONISES ALL THE TIME AND MESSES UP CONTACTS, INTERNET IS POOR TAKES AGES TO LOAD AND DOESN'T KEEP WEBSITE LAYOUT, TOUCHSCREEN BUTTONS AREN'T BIG ENOUGH FOR MALE FINGERS.

- The web browsing is usless, it also will not let u access Hotmail, I wish i got the blackberry storm or the Sony Ericsson Experia

- Battery Life can be shoddy sometimes but there are ways around this. The best is probably buying the bigger battery

- It is very unuser friendly, the battery does not last long 36 hours at most, the screen lock is very ineffective, causing you to inadvertently divert or cancel calls. Typing text messages with predictive text is a nightmare, often putting the word in twice, does not appear to come with hand writing recognition and therefore when using the onscreen keypad, it takes nearly 3/4's of screen so that you cannot see what you are typing. It is a very disappointing purchase, would not reccomend.

+ Basically the same features as an iphone, but smaller and prettier. Windows mobile also means there's an absolute ton of additional software out there, much of it for free. Plus, none of your friends will have one, so when you pull it out to take a picture they'll all want to know what it is.

- It really needs charging every night (but then so do other phones in this class), and the sound on videos you take somethings gets a bit out of sync with the pictures. These are only minor faults though.

+ Looks great, but thats it!!

- Horrible to use, hard to master, everything just takes more time, touch screen is a joke and it keeps stalling, some software problems I think, but even with them sorted, looks great but after recently going back to a 'normal' phone, I will never get another smart phone.

+ Has a big memory to store songs photos, the layout of the home poage messages etc. is great.

- The battery life is ridiculously short.. it should last at least 2 days but it rarely does

+ Phone is packed with features, stylish and great to use. Built in GPS is terrific.

- Poor battery life outweighs all good points. Even with light use it barely lasts a day. It's prone to switching on and dialling by accident if not locked.

+ Great features and really good fun to use it, even for mundane tasks.

+ Excellent size and weight. Lots of fuctionality packed in the small case, but still very usable. Much better than the iPhone in my opinion. Does everything the iPhone can do but in a package that can fit in the change pocket of your jeans.

- The diamond back is a little annoying, rocks when flat on the table. Autoconnects to mobile internet a GPRS, 3G etc when a free wreless connection is available. This could be user error.

+ Excellent range of software, nice interface, gorgeous screen. Hackability.

- Stock ROM is a tad slow and is set up to guzzle battery life.

- Battery life by far is the worst thing about this phone. Will not last a full 8hour working day.
The phone is completely inoperable without using the stylus so it is not always practical to use.

+ Easy to install third party (and free) applications as it's a Windows Mobile. There are developers out there that create alternative ROMs (the operating system) that allows a lot of customisation etc. WiFi and GPS is great too. It also looks fab! :)

- Battery life is the worst point of this handset, but higher capacity batteries are available. Speaker isn't all that great either but if you have a handsfree kit (bluetooth) then it should be fine.

- Looks are skin deep, very laggy, even when doing simple things, making phone calls - you have to wait a few seconds - very bad experience.

+ The phone is easy to use, aesthetically very appealing has all the features I could ask for. GPS is fantastic. Battery life isn't bad considering but could still be better I feel.

- The navigation stutters quite regularly, a bit like a "hang" whilst the processor catches up. This can be very irritating. The T9 predictive text is one of the worst I have used, you can easily end up with words within words else doubled up words. I turned it off and just use the keyboard now.

+ I would say that is it the best phone I have yet had, and as I would NEVER have a nokia or Apple product, I couldn't be happier.

- Feels rather fragile, and as most people have said, the battery life is not up to much. Also, the fact that the touch screen goes off about 2 seconds after you answer or make a call, it is VERY tricky to use IVR services. HOWEVER...see good point above.

+ Size, weight, design, software content, size of internal memory, the clarity of the screen and the camera.

- Nightmare when you need to use the keypad during phonecalls to select options (this is incredibly annoying when the screen keeps turning itself off and its easier to use the speakerphone) and the screen scratches very easily if you dont have a plastic protector on.

+ The phone does look great, but is easily marked. The 3d interface is also great, on the surface. See bad points.

- The phone is too difficult to use - the most simple functions of a phone, SMS and Phone Calls become a chore which can extend 5 minutes if you want to save the text as a draught, or send it to somebody else, select a contact to call OR EVEN finish a phone call. On appearance, the phone is great, but - the backend of the phone, and how it works once you have clicked a few buttons is terrible. I would reccomend you stay far far away from this phone, and consider something else. As soon as I have some money (I am a student), I will be replacing this phone.

+ Great design, not big and bulky like the iPhone and other competitors, great camera pictures and loads of files to play with. Love the windows software and the weather reports section.

- Even though you switch the data connection off it ends up switching itself back on next time you look. Battery life is poor and if you use the phone alot say on Utube the phoe gets very hot to the back.

- Overly complicated software, so the system has lag and does not function very fastly. Tendancy for the speaker not to work on phone calls occasionally for unknown reason. Yes it has many features, but lots of standard features you would expect on a phone are not there.

+ Very easy to use, navigation is clean and tidy and uncluttered screen, great programs as standard

- Battery life is very poor, phone is still very buggy with some things like gps starting up on their own and running for hours on end without notice, trying to phone people the screen goes blank and often trying to get the screen back on cuts you off from your telephone call. Even in some good communication areas the signal strength is very poor.

- the absolutely bad thing is it is so complicated to get things sorted e.g. getting the programmes to work like wifi and there is no places on the web to get the support if there is they are not common knowledge at all.very frustrating when you just are a busy person
