+ Gives whole family access to the printer from anywhere in the house. Brings office network convenience to the home
- The software is huge and it was a pig to install on a laptop and elderly PC running Windows XP. Ended up downloading drivers from the HP website instead of the supplied CD. Not a 'plug and play' solution! Installation onto a Vista laptop was much more straightforward.

+ i am new to the internet and i have found the printer to be of exellent quality everything is of quality the printer the scanning and the copying i hope i have years of enjoying the product. from a very satisfied customer julie
- there is not really any bad points. at first i couldnt get the wireless to work but my daughter is a wizard at this sort of thing she came over pressed a few buttons and hey prestow it was done. thanks julie

- I use it wireless and have needed to turn it on and off almost every time I print to get it right, scan will only work if I use my computer to begin the process and the setings are defaulted to the US paper size not A4 so you have to reset the properties. It has generally slow print and scanning functionality - it might be because I am using it wirelessly but my last HP was wireless and it worked just fine.I would buy another hp but not this one.
