Product is very easy to use,quick and gives excellent print and copy quality..colour or black. For an all-in-one printer,scanner and photocopier,it is very compact too. And its wireless - very handy,works well with my laptop.

First machine was faulty. Replacement was OK but setting up was problematical because first setup failed. I had to get help from Hewlett Packard to resolve.

Prints very well and the photocopies are the best I have seen

Every time that my wireless router is switched of and then on again I have to reload the software as the the wireless connection setting is lost. I have now given up and only use the product directly wired to my computer which is a shame considering that I chose it for it's wireless capabilities.

It's quick and easy to you, quality is good and has more features which are needed now, e.g scanner, photo print ( disk drive for the chip)

Easily portable to use in my home.I have found the printer is okay for all my printing needs, at present I have only used the photo printing for 6x 4 prints, which were fine. I have mainly printed out documents, homework or pictures for children, I work from home and it has been quick to print out all of the above. Easy to load paper - photo or A4. Easy to install print cartridges.

After 3 weeks it did not connect to the computer, I had to remove the programme completely and re-install, thankfully it has worked okay since. I am a member of a computer support group, however they wont help with wireless printers so I did have to do this myself and keep my fingers crossed it re-installed a second time. It has now re-named itself as .....C4380seriesCOPY1. It has worked okay since. If paper has slightest of creases it can jam easily, however it is easy to remove by opening the back panel.

Had a few problems setting up initially as we had to download a patch for it to work with Vista.

It continually crashes Microsoft Word even after uninstalling and reinstalling software from website. It is a recognised problem as Suport have a script all ready for it!

Fast and quiet, not too big and bulky, easy to set up and use. Good print quality on paper, and for photos. A good, all round work workhorse for general family use.

None that I can find, although those doing larger print runs than we do might be frustrated at the limited paper tray capacity.

Easy to install and use God quality printing

Setting it as my default printer causes an error when I close down Microsoft Word and Powerpoint. I think this is a driver fault with all HP products It is a rather thirsty with the ink

My previous all-in-one was an Epson CX3200 - which served me more than adequately. This device is faster, quieter and has the added bonus of wireless-capability. The print quality is extremely good for the price-bracket we're talking about. Scans/copies are excellent and the software supplied is very easy to navigate. Haven't yet had occasion to try photo prints, but with genuine HP inks installed, I would expect results to be good. Cartridges seem to last well and have so far remained free of the occasional 'gumming up' I had experienced with 'compatible' inks (by at least 3 different makers) in the past. All-in-all, very pleased indeed with this purchase and would thoroughly recommend this device for general day-to-day printing, copying & scanning of documents. (If your main priority is photo-printing, you may well want to look at higher-range alternatives?)

Being a fairly recent model, seem to be restricted to genuine HP ink refills so far. These tend to be much pricier than the "compatible" (..yes ..I can be a bit of a tightwad) cartridges I was using in my previous device. I'm sure this very minor 'issue' will be addressed in the coming months?

The WIFI connection is very poor.

The software took ages to load, and bloated my pc. Could not get it to connect wirelessly to my PC before it stopped working completely. Ended up taking it back and exchanged it for a Lexmark.

Uses dhcp so every now and then it changes IP meaning a reinstall using the usb connection. If left on the scanner makes a noise every hour or so. Not ideal if you leave it on all the time.

it is great as a scanner for photos the quality is great if not better than the original. I am also using the longer life ink.I think it will save money in the long run.

I purchased this product because it is wireless and to save extra printers in the house. I cant get it to work wirelessly. I will have to get expert help. At the moment it is working great with usb.

Very good buy, no regrets so far. Really pleased with the product as it does the job.

Ink can finish too quickly at times but it is still fine.

I like the fact that you can just put your memory card into the machine and it will print whichever photo I choose without having to download photos to my computer.

Whenever I want to print a document and I switch on the printer, when I press the print button, my computer tells me that the printer is offline, even if it has told me that it is now online. I then have to click on the help button and press fix and then it eventually starts to print. I also do not like the fact that it prints everything from the last page backwards, as sometimes I only want the first page.

Good shape with clear instructions

Enlarging can be a little problematic and there is no flip-up viewer as we had on our previous model. I also find that we use the ink cartridges faster than before.

I can work in one room, with printer else where and print at the touch of a key.

The screen on which the instructions are read is in a flat position therefore hard to read from a seated position.

It is my first ever PC driven device that the software and the device worked perfectly first time.

It is a little slow on connectivity after long periods of downtime.

Time it takse to install software

There is a software issue with these printers. Which means that you have to don\wnload a fix from the website before you can install the software. Also the software takes up over 1GB of memory and is eating more all the time as updates are downloaded. Very disappointing - feel like I was sold a duff product - I now know why it was on offer. :(

The only bad point about this printer is after the first installation, once i had turned the printer off i need to reinstall the printer!!!

I have a hp wireless laptop but keep having problems with the printer connecting using wireless, its really anoying having to keep connecting it up using the wires!

Is very easy to set up and use even for a complete amateur like me.
