+ Excellent product - which does everything I wish of it. The high spec (6GB RAM and 1TB Hard Drive, Blu Ray Burner) is impressive and should 'future proof' the purchase for a long time. There is no fan noise at all - I am not aware of a quieter computer. The widescreen monitor is crystal clear.

- No problem with the product, but I had some difficulty with all the blurb during set up. But perhaps that is me!
