+ Compact easy to load ink cartridges. Print quality good although have only done basic letters so far.

- on off controls malfuctioned on first printer i recieved, and had to contact customer services more than once to get printer exchanged.

+ compact and does everything i want it to - the quality is great

- using it on wireles network but it drops off now and again requiring switchig off and on to reconnect

- Doesn't always want to work wirelessly and the settings for the Fax machine are limited when using on the same line as an answering machine.
