+ Print quality is very good

- unit is a little big, but the big downer for me was the fact that the toners that come with the printer are "special" ones that only print on average 740 sheets not the 1400 - 2000 that you would get from the ones you have to buy when these run out. Also the cost of toners are expensive.

+ Fairly easy to set up. Print quality is very good. Colour for printing off photographs can be adjusted without the need for a separate software programme. Seems reliable so far which is a relief after my old HP printer started playing up on a regular basis.

- Would have preferred a User Guide to have been included in the package, instead of having to search for information via the computer. The replacement ink cartridges are expensive.

- USB cable not included, can be quite fiddly for 2-sided printing but still straightforward.
