+ Does what it says it does - washes. Its easy to use; however due to the amount of programmes i still need to consult the guide as tow which is the best for the wash i'm doing. Quiet & unassuming. No gimmicks on it. good value for money.

+ It washes very well and has a good choice of programs for all types of fabric. It is fairly quiet when operating and doesn't seem to use a lot of water. The quick wash program is especially useful when dirty PE kits get forgotten and things need to be washed quickly! The size of the load is also very good for family use.

+ Generous load capacity, good cleaning results and excellent value for money. good choice of programmes and simple to opereate

- Maximum spin at 1400 is very noisey. When you delay the final spin,ie use rinse hold, it continues to rotate the washing which is a distraction, especially if you use the feature at night.

+ Good looking machine, great load size and high spin speed makes this a very economical machine to run.

- The buttons have broken after only 5 months so we can't turn it on....Bad design!!!

+ The variety of cycles is fantastic - a cycle for everything. Love the fact I can do a mini load and the spin speed makes drying washing so much easier.
Good value for money

- Only slight niggle and it is only me being picky, but you cant tell at what point in the cycle you are so that you can guage how much longer you have to go til wash is finished.

+ This machine replaced an older Hotpoint which we had had for over 20 years! So we were pleased with the many features on the new unit.The unit is much quieter and the number of programmes suite all types of washing.We hope it will last as long as the previous machine.
