+ Easy to use, cleans better than my last one and is much quieter on the spin cycle.

+ The machine is very quiet washes well and seems to use very little water. Its very well electrically suppressed so works well beside my Kitchen DAB radio, whereas my previous (newish) washer caused signal interferance on DAB.

- When finished it sits too long doing nothing before allowing you to open the door

+ The spin is very fast and clothes come out just damp, which is good as they will dry quicker. It isn't very noisy. Drum is big, takes large loads. Good instructions to plumb in without the need of a plumber.

+ Looks great, washs are brilliant and noise level is low. Highly recommeneded. We shopped around and found this machine to be the be the one best value for money.

- The only bad think I can think of is that it is a bit noisy. If it was not I would have given it 10 out of 10.

+ quick wash is very quick and this machine is less noisy than my last Hotpoint(older model) bought for my elderly mother who finds it extremely easy to operate even with her bad eyesight! only problem is that it is so quick and noiseless that she forgets that the cycle is completed!!

+ It has many programmes to choose from, it's energy efficient and it's averagely priced for the market, i have used hotpoint products previously so knew them to be reliable anyway, and this is one of the reasons we chose hotpoint again.

- Ir can be very noisy on some of the spin cycles. Some of the cycles, such as the rinse only take much longer than my previous machine.

- Ive boiled clothes because little fingers can alter the programme as its working. The door can not be locked unless the washer is working.
