+ Very quiet running; ability to change temperature on specific cycles very good

- Seems to be some leakage from the powder dispenser, with brown 'tea like' staining on the the dispenser drawer front.

+ Good value, plenty of functions and the quick was takes an hour and does the job just fine.

- Just a bit disapointed with the noise level, which I had hoped would be quieter - it's not a major thing and maybe my expectations where too high!

- i find the drying cycle not very effective sometimes even though you can select automatic which means it will decide itself how long the drying cycle should be.

+ the washing and spinning actions and the results are very good.

- The front kick plate dislodges. The drier causes items to crease.

+ Clear controls, easy to understand. Washing machine very good.

- Don't like not being able to stop dryer to check to see how drying is doing. Minimum dry time 1 hour but quality of dry not particularly good. Bought Hotpoint as was pleased with previous one but don't think this is so good.
The only 40 degree wash for coloured cottons - is according to the manual not energy efficient - shame as most popular cycle. Shortage of lower degree washes for cotton/coloureds

- Because of the necessary weight of the machine with its high spin speed, it is difficult to manouvre into its space in the kitchen, and it needs to be more mobile in order to reach the plumbing etc.
It would be useful if the display of the information on the screen before the beginning of the programme was shown for longer.

+ you can reduce the temperature of a wash thus saving energy and time, and the time delay option is good so instead of putting the washing machine on before you go to bed you can set it to finish before you get up.
