- very hard to use. Giving me alot of trouble when trying to wash clothes. Not recommeded to anyone at all.

+ The machince has all the features needed for modern washing, its easy to use and the nosie levels are low in comparison to the machine it replaced.

All the different cycles can take a bit of getting used to - almost too many to choose from!

+ Cold wash washes well and only tkes 30 mins. Only use cold wash no as it washes so well and saves on power and time. Try it!

- Hot wash cycle time takes 2 hrs.

+ Very easy to use, not over complicated

+ love the way the powder drawer opens in an arc - may machine is in a corner and pull out drawers seem to catch the cupboard door to the side. Quiet, easy to use - even my hubby is getting to grips with it! I have always found hotpoint washers to be reliable. Looks okay and has enough programmes and temperature settings for everything.

- Have always had hot & cold feed in the past so now have to buy water softener as it is only cold feed.

+ Able to use within a matter of miunte, taht is setting up and understanding the programmes was so quick and easy to do.

- Poor wash results.Clothes come out dirty.Makes more noise than our old one.Clothes are very creased.It is supposed to be the replacement for our old reliable hotpoint washing machine.But i fear the green features have had an effect on the machine performance.

+ Big drum size, good price, easy to use, fairly quiet, very good choice of Programmes - Fairly good all round.

- The only issue I have is that it has (Programmes on a dial but) a push button on/off switch and Programme selector buttons. They are quite sensitive so if you lean on them (to put something away, drink tea and chat, etc) you can switch it on and off or change Programmes. Bit of a design mistake really (they should have been recessed) but very minor, everything else considered.
