This has variation of time setting but the short wash we have found sufficient for our needs.

- Having previously had a full size Hotpoint dishwasher with the delay facility I would have preferred the delay function to be in one hour steps instead of three hour steps. The racks do not slop enough for the water to run of off mugs.

Cutlery basket too narrow also pointed knives and forks if loaded handle up can protrude below basket and interfere with revolving wash arm.

- Doesn't clean like my old one. Not as easy to load.When finished pots are not as dry as I am used to. Cutlery not always clean. Wouldn't buy another one.

+ Good basic dishwasher, for a reasonable price.

- The quite large cutlery basket takes up quite a bit of space, compared the basket on an earlier model we had.

+ It is quiet, smart looking

- Not the fault of the dishwasher, but we now wish we had gor a full size one.

+ It has a built in timer function, so even though the 'eco' mode takes 2.5 hours to run, you can set it to run overnight so it's ready for you in the morning.

- If you don't switch it off at the electricity supply at the end of the cycle you have to perform a 'reset' before you can start the next cycle, (this is very easy to do though!)

+ Plenty of choice of programmes, sleek design, good cleaning

+ The product is small and streamlined. So far it has always left the dishes spotless, even burnt on food comes off. It was easy to install. The ability to raise and lower the top tray is very useful.

- It is quite hard to load glasses into. There isn't really much space for wine glasses. It is a little bit noisy.

- Disappointing drying - didn't expect to have to use a cloth as well!

+ For a small dishwasher there is plenty of space to pack not only plates and cutlery but pans, sandwich boxes and other oddly shaped items. The controls are very simple just pick a cycle and press start, no fuss! There is also a delay button but as yet I have not used this. A great size if you do not have much space in your kitchen, I love it to bits, my 5 and 8 year old can even fill it, just need to re-train the hubby to stop leaving his cups on the side!!

- Nothing really, sometimes I have to dry a few things but that isn't a problem for me, I am just so happy to have a dishwasher!!

+ good value for money, cleans well, is pretty quiet, and good capacity for a slimline dishwasher - takes my large dinner plates, which my last slimline didn't. Eco setting apparently good value but takes ages, so best used overnight.

- Hard to tell yet as only been using it for a few weeks. Happy so far.

- This machine replaced a 15 year old Hotpoint. However it is not as good as that. It is difficult to load as the rack spacing is too narrow. Tall glasses fall over on the top level. Our dog is upset by the noise it makes!

+ Great not to have to hand wash so much.

- To fit large plates in you need the top drainer on the high position and then are restricted in what you can fit there. A middle height would suit my needs much better.
Dishes are still really wet at the end of the cycle when using the eco wash.

Good Basic Dishwasher

- Drying not always complete - Cutlery basket retains drops of water on rim and base.
Crockery etc. usually dry except for water on base of cups but other dishwashers are the same in this respect.

- Hard to stack bowls and mugs compared to our old one

+ I had reservations about buying this product after reading some of the reviews but I'm glad I went ahead and got it anyway. Very happy - it's feels and looks good quality and we've had no issues whatsoever.

- The cycle is quite long and dishes aren't completely dry straight after the cycle finishes

Sometimes need to hand dry, but that's if you leave the dishes in too long.

+ Has a wash and dry feature, has a timer delay so you can set it to start when electricity is cheaper (Economy 7), good size, reasonable noise output. Looks nice.

- None so far - it fits the gap in the kitchen and washes the dishes so I don't have to - does exactly what it says on the tin to be fair! ;-)

- very difficult to stack glasses, cups, cereal dish's.as bad design for top basket, if you lower top basket you are unable to stack dinner plates in lower basket. never had this problem with my old dish washer which was a Bosch

- Only 1 bad point and the only reason I gave it a 9 out of 10: most of the cycle times are way too long, we end up using only the fast'n dry cycle which is 40 mins.

- I find the upper compartment is not so well designed as it doesn't allow enough height to sit wine glasses or tumblers properly. I think the Eco programme still seems to take a long time, over an hour to complete a cycle seems much longer than my old machine whick took about 40 minutes on economy.

- Very few. Slimline so difficult to fit all larger items in. Cycles can take a long time to complete. Normal seems to clean better than intensive and is around 20 minutes quicker.

+ I live in a flat and with a flatmate so the timer is great on dishwashers and washing machines so you can set it to come on 1st thing in the morning and rather than last thing at night. Good variety of programmes but dishes don't come out brilliantly dry on the 40degree fast programme, 55degrees is better. Decent amount of rack space etc for two people, fairly quiet to run, decent variety of programmes, timer handy and easy enough to get into filters and salt dispensers for cleaning etc

- If you want the dishes to come out dry then best use the 55degree programme or above and if you have plastic tubs in the load, don't leave it too long to empty the dishwasher or the wetness from them makes everything else a bit condensationy and tacky. Only prob with 55degree programme is that it takes bout 2hrs. 40degree programme done in an hour, but unless you take out dishes almost straight away they will probably need a quick dry wipe.

+ This is an exact replacement for the dishwasher I had, it is so easy to use looks good has a quick wash and the dishes dry very well.

- The cutlery basket has been moved slightly further to the centre to that of my previous one and I preferred the positioning on the previous.

- Does not dry items well. I have dry them off with tea towel when I take them out of the dishwasher. Definitely not as good as my previous Bendix dishwasher.
