+ i wanted the best washer that i could get for my money-i believe that i've got it. in comparison to friends and family washers, it's got all the features and a little bit extra. it's also very quiet, i use it mainly during the night and we never hear it. overall-very good product and good value for money too

+ Very quiet operation, good looking and highly efficient. We can not find any major issues, the only minor point is, we feel, the length of the cycle times. The quick wash,though, more than compensates for this small criticism.

- The kick board is a little flimsy and often pops out of its housing after the slightest of touches

- Electrical cord could be longer as the moulded plug attached to the cord makes it difficult to access powerpoint as I do not wish to cut off the moulded plug & replace with a standard plug once the electrical cord is positioned correctly.

+ Good looking machine that is easy to use. Good variety of different cycles that you can adapt to suit with ease. Notice a big difference with 1600 spin with clothes much drier.

+ Quiet when in use, energy efficient, excellent features for the price including a child lock to prevent tiny fingers interfering with your wash. Good spin speed

- When doing a fast wash you cannot select the mini load.

+ It is so quiet that you find yourself checking that it is still on. Looks great and so easy to use, even though it looks a bit complicated at first glance. Excellent feature being able to select the temperature and spin setting for every wash cycle. (It does select them for you, but you can change them to suit your needs.)

- Some cycles take a while to run, over 2 hrs for one, but there are plenty to choose from.
Still haven't worked out how to remove the detergent drawer for cleaning.

- The noise & vibration this was not expected when we purchased the machine and we where told because it had a direct drive it would be relatively quite this was one of the main selling points to us as we live in a appartment

- eco cycles and 30minute cycle only wash with COLD WATER which dont clean grime off clothes. Even though it features variable spin and variable temperature you cannot alter temperature or spin cylce as most cycles are pre-programmed. The 60minute quick wash is set at 60degrees which faded colour and prints from t-shirts.
Lower settings dont clean and higher settings fade clothes.
Buttons light up different colours of green, red and yellow. This attracts and encourages the children to press them and by doing so the child lock easily unlocks!

+ very reliable so far, excellent spin speeds clothes can be almost dry when you take them out of the drum, was exceptionally quiet when i first purchased it, has got a little louder but much quieter than previous machines i've had.

- the only bad point so far is that the bottom plastic panel is very flimsy and one clip has broken off and this was with very little wear you only have to touch it and it falls off.

+ The washing machine is highly energy efficient with mini load and quick wash options. The timer is also very handy, as you can set machine to start at a time that is convenient to you. I have an open plan living space and the noise level is minimal. Sometimes you cannot hear the washing machine and go back to check that it's on! The look of the machine is modern and trendy.
