+ I previously had the dryer which was 2 models up from this one. When it died I was looking for the same brand, basically to colour match other appliances. This one matched my criteria, cheap, large drum size and correct colour!! Overall I'd say this performs better than the 'better' model. Although less dials and gadgets, it is quieter, simpler to use (obviously) and seems to dry faster. If you want all the flashing lights and dials, why? It's just more to go wrong. I'd recommend this product.

- The hose which comes with it could be a few feet longer. Not really a bad point, just a personal choice as to where the appliance is situated.

+ I am delighted with my new Spin Dryer. It's the same make as my previous one Hotpoint I had had it for 9 years of continuous use. The new one is quieter, more efficient and looks good.

- I just wish that they drying cycle was less otherwise I have found for mr no bad points.

+ Using this product was very straightforward and didn't require a degree in engineering! I had it up and running less than 5 minutes after choosing a suitable location for it. The drum is huge and it dries much faster than expected.
