+ Simple controls discreetely hidden inside door, very quiet and washes well every time.

- Can't fit our very large dinner plates in the lower rack even with the upper rack on the high setting. But we'd guessed that before we bought it.

+ very quiet and gets things very clean

- top basket has a handle/bar at the fromt to pull it out...if you just want to slip somthing in on the top shelf the handle/bar getts in the way, you have to pull the whole draw out just to put a cup in.
