+ Spacious - quite comfortably cooks for a family of 6. Safety gas cut off great especially with small children! Easy to clean.

- The handle on the grill is a fixed one and when the handle is screwed on the grill pan it will not fit into the top oven for storage.

- the button for the top oven could be made so it has a stop between the oven and grill as i feel it is too easy to slipfrom one side to the other.

+ It's feature of a double oven with programmer. It's sleek and sophisticated and easy to clean. Heats up well

- The ignitor button is a bit of a pain when you need to hold down the small oven control and you have to keep the control button depressed for a long time as it keeps going out. The letters under the hob control button are difficult to see. It would be better of they were above the button.

+ always had eye level models but the new cooker is fantastic. the only thing i miss is the eye level grill but that aside the hotpoint double oven is very good. i use top cavity mostly so save money too

+ Very easy to operate,Love the fact that the oven is always"lit-up" while cooking.Easy to keep clean.

- Shame that the grill pan doesn't fit inside the top oven with handle on. Dont like having to fit the handle and remove after each use. Only complaint.

+ There are no major faults on the cooker as such.

- I found that the pan rests on the hob being single were a little off as they do not seem to fit correctly. the timer wnoas a little strange to use for the fist time but it got easier as it went on.

Conventional ovens heat from the bottom so the top of the oven will be slightly hotter than the bottom. This is useful when you’re cooking lots of different dishes at a time. However, they do take a little longer than fan ovens to heat up. Fan ovens circulate the air so that you get an even temperature throughout the oven. They are quicker to heat up which means they save on energy and time. Multifunction ovens give you the flexibility to use different methods of cooking. They usually have both fan and conventional settings as well as pizza settings that will only cook from the bottom, giving you a crispy pizza, or top-only cooking that is very useful for browning.
Self Cleaning	Catalytic
Self-cleaning ovens can come with catalytic liners or pyrolytic programmes. Calalytic liners are the bumpy surfaces which line the inside walls of the oven. They absorb the food and grease and break it down so that the oven is easier to clean. Pyrolytic programmes run for a couple of hours and burn off all the grime in your oven at temperatures up to 500°C. As it gets so hot, the oven door usually locks so that all you need to do is sweep up the ash that’s left over at the end.
