+ excellent heat from burners you can actually do a stir fry on the wok burner. ovens are a good size i can do 3 pizzas at once in the larger oven

- you can't see which burner you are turning on without bending down the same with the clock. I can't get the burners low enough for a gentle simmer.

+ cooker looks impressive when fitted in kitchen, sleek and modern. it is relatively easy to use and has more than enough gas for any cook. find oven temperature is spot on with any recipes i have tried, and find it useful that i can bake and cook at same time.

- can only mark it down for the fact it is stainless steel which is notoriously hard to keep smudge free.

Conventional ovens heat from the bottom so the top of the oven will be slightly hotter than the bottom. This is useful when you’re cooking lots of different dishes at a time. However, they do take a little longer than fan ovens to heat up. Fan ovens circulate the air so that you get an even temperature throughout the oven. They are quicker to heat up which means they save on energy and time. Multifunction ovens give you the flexibility to use different methods of cooking. They usually have both fan and conventional settings as well as pizza settings that will only cook from the bottom, giving you a crispy pizza, or top-only cooking that is very useful for browning.
Self Cleaning	Catalytic
Self-cleaning ovens can come with catalytic liners or pyrolytic programmes. Calalytic liners are the bumpy surfaces which line the inside walls of the oven. They absorb the food and grease and break it down so that the oven is easier to clean. Pyrolytic programmes run for a couple of hours and burn off all the grime in your oven at temperatures up to 500°C. As it gets so hot, the oven door usually locks so that all you need to do is sweep up the ash that’s left over at the end.
