+ Looks attractive. Cooks cakes evenly.

- Don't like the air blowing from top of top oven door into my face.
Cooling fan takes a long time to come to a stop after oven is turned off.
Grilling elements seems to be set a bit too far back - I feel I have to push the grill pan further in than I expect.

- needs lots of polishing to keep doors clean
also if you wipe the inside of the doors when they are flat open water can run inside the galss and so you have to open the door panel to clean inside. Not a chore you want to do each time

+ The aesthetics of the product are second to none - a great looking oven that everyone comments on.
The performance of the grill in particular is very good and in some cases halves cooking time.

- The grill tray supplied isn't very big and the fan stays on quite long after the oven is turned off.

- grill is angled too much does not cook food evenly takes an age to warm up both oven and grill ,temperatures do not agree with booklet.

- All shelves are a VERY tight fit against the sides of the ovens making drawing them out difficult and when hot potentially dangerous.

- the clock is obscured by one of the right hand dials and so you can only see the clock looking straight at it and not at an angle

+ Excellent price. Love fact we put on half the grill if needed and can use grill area as a small oven.

- Shelves a little hard to pull forward due to special coating on the insides of the oven and grill.

+ First thing I noticed is that you can get to the glass door with ease to clean it.

- The grill pan/tray is much smaller than the last model I had and its tricky getting te handle on and off if you do not want it left on all the time. If you can consider this a bad point?

+ This does exactly the job it's designed to do and is excellent value for money. Very efficient on speed of heating and regulation of temperature. Easy to use, and the self cleaning interior is a huge bonus.

+ Very user friendly, cooks as i expect it too, nothing burnt or underdone. Both ovens work well, we use the top oven when there is just the two of us, the larger oven when there is more of us and both when there is a lot to do.
One thing we could have made use of is another shelf to use, especially when both ovens are in use.

- The only downside is that the outside does mark alot, we bought it on its looks as well as performance, but due to the mirror finnish, it does smear easily!! But that aside, I don't have any complaints about the cooking.

- Not really a bad point but because of the stainless steel surround it does have a tendacny to show fingers marks. Just need a nice soft cloth to hand.

- Metallic coating is easily marked by grease or liquid and needs to be constantly wiped

+ Automatic timer works on both ovens, can choose either one or both.
Heating in ovens is uniform - no need to turn cakes etc around during cooking time.
Easy to use controls, including timer.
Ability to use only half the grill if appropriate.

- Time the grill takes to warm up. Time taken to grill, top shelf is not high enough.
All temperatures are not indicated by the knob - have to guess intermediate ones.

Easy to clean with the glass front

- Nothing wrong with the cooker - I'm just having a little bit of trouble getting used to the controls and temperature settings.
I would have liked a third shelf in the main oven for when I am cooking a big family meal using both ovens.

- If a plate of hot food is left in the oven, after being switched off, condensation runs down and inbetween the glass.
The glass has to be unscrewed to clean inside.
The top grill pan cannot be pushed inside the grill area, when not in use, as the handle protrudes out and the door cannot be closed.

Gap between glass on doors means splashes can easily get inside glass and glass will have to be taken out to clean
Does not seem as efficient as previous model
Fan sometimes stays running for ages after turning cooker off
Grill pan seems a little too big to fit in when door shut

+ Great performance, easy to clean, simple to use once you figure out which controls did what.

- grill makes your eyes smart especially if you do not use it frequently, oven gets really hot so you need to be carefully if opening oven door while it is turned up on a high heat.

- Glass front does show fingermarks but polishes up well. Bottom oven has a tendency to bang when cooling down; engineer came to check it over and advised this is due to the walls of the oven being quite thin and contracting when cooling down; can live with it but quite a shock when I first heard it!!!

- Grill pan not stable and will not hold position when pull forword for turning food. Oven Dials do not show all tempetures ie Show 150c next 200c you have to gess the in between tempetures most foods are cooked at this range

- Fan runs on for a loong time after the oven is turned off. We seem to have to set the main oven to a slightly higher temperature than indicated by the recipe in order to get good results.

+ The main oven is larger than a lot of other ovens in this price range and the energy efficiecy was AA rated.
The buttons are so smooth and the timer reset etc much easier than my previous oven.
The glass front looks lovely and isn't oo bad to clean as it's all one sheet so no nooks and crannies for the dirt to settle in

+ Easy to use, modern looking oven with many features for the money. I liked the fact that both top and main oven are A rated. Very quick to reach temperature. Despite having glass doors very easy to keen smear free

- The control panel facia had not been fitted straight. So oven looked like we had installed it on a slope! (A good 1/2" out!) We realigned it ourselves with no big problem but it does make you wonder what the build quality will be like for the rest of the oven. So far no problems but it was a little annoying.

+ after using a gas cooker for many years, we weren't sure that an electric oven would be very good. but have since found that it cooks better and quicker than gas. as we only purchased it just before christmas we havent yet had the chance to use it to its full extent, but we are very pleased with it so far.

- Cannot shut top oven door with grill pan handle fixed insitu for normal storage though understand reason behind this (top oven door should not be shut whilst grilling takes place due to the high temperature generated).
