+ The drum size is great its really large. Its very quiet even when spinning

- The drying times are quite long

+ Large drum, quiet on fast spin, easy to operate, aaa efficiency and good looks, quick wash is excellent.
This is my second hotpoint , the first lasted 14 years with no repairs, if this lasts the same i will be happy
the machine hardly uses any water and the clothes come out practically dry, will only use dryer in winter

- no half load settings although you can mess with the settings on other cycles to get one you want on half load.some people say drying times too long but you can cancel or reduce time as much as you want

+ Better than storing a washer machine and a dryer. Reliable so far, no problems with noise, good price, looks good.

- I think the cycles are quite long, specially drying. Creases a lot the clothes, you can regulate the temperature and spin in washing but not drying (and heats so much that the clothes would smell burnt if you use the cupboard drying cycle). Better to use the ironing cycle and leave the clothes a little bit damp but not so badly creased.

The interface is complex - it is hard to work out what corresponds to the standard washing instructions

+ I am really pleased with this machine. The large load capacity has enabled me to cut down my washing from an average of 6 loads a week to just two. We are a family of five so have a fair bit of laundry. The machine is really quiet which means I can put it on in the evening when the kids have gone to bed and the load will be clean and dry by morning. Looks nice and is very easy to use. There are loads of different programmes to fit just about any item of clothing that needs washing. I haven't used them all yet!

- The cotton cupboard dry cycle leaves clothes quite creased. Cannot think of any other bad points.

- No half load option and some programmes very long.

+ very quiet, very effieicent washing machine at a good price. HUGE drum and can wash pretty much anything

- the dry cycle is very long, and you need to experiment so you don't end up with crinkly shirts. Once you get it right it's cool.

+ Fantastic - washes the equivalent of 2 standard loads in one. Programmable delay timer.

- Can't add anything to the powder drawer once the door is shut.

+ Good = quiteness

- Not so Good = far too long drying time

+ Very quiet, with good drum size and the fact that I can 'pre-set' my preferred wash cycles

- the drying takes a long, long time - even longer than my last machine (which was a washer/dryer)

+ Just love the machine, had a washer previously & have just upgraded to a washer dryer, cannot find fault with this item yet!!

- Dryer not amazing, but then it is a combi, if i had the space, i'd by the washer version of this and a seperate dryer.
It's not the greatest looking machine, but it's growing on me.
Delivery, we were waiting for well over a month. I wonder if this will get posted on your website???

- Not so good if you don't have good eysight, my Mum can't do my washing for me anymore!
