+ You can pre-program it with your favourite washes - so if you do a specific load every day it's a simple button press to get it going.
Our old machine took about 90 minutes to run a full load, we use a program that takes 30 minutes, and it does a better job. Great stuff.

- None yet, although it's slightly odd how the door opens with the control panel - hopefully that can stand the test of time.

+ super quiet, eco friendly. The touch sensitive controls are fantastic for people with arthritic hands - wonderful, no effort or pain turning silly dials. The porthole is streamlined flat, so no dust to accumilate. BIG wide door for easy loading. The illuminated controls are in largish letters/numbers, making it easy to see without your spec's! Lovely clean lines. I just love it, so do my relatives who would love one.

- If i had to name one bad point, it would be that if the drum has an uneven load, it won't spin out, it just keeps taking in water (not eco friendly) and turning the drum ... so if you go out and expect your washing to be done ... you'll be disapointed - you have to switch off machine, then on again, set dial to spin, then you can divide your load and continue... the moral is ... DON'T overload it in the first place.
