+ I love this dishwasher as it is so quiet, it also gets my dishes sparkling and the choice of wash cycles are great.

- There aren't any bad points really, but my previous dishwasher had a seperate cutlery tray at the top, this gave me more space in my trays down below, so I guess it is just getting used to loading a different dishwasher. No complaints otherwise.

- Can be a little awkward to load lots of plates into rack due to angle of wire supports.

+ Overall an excellent dishwasher. Easy to use, very quiet, and excellent cleaning performance. The best dishwasher I have ever had.

- The economy cycle is quite long. But this is not really a problem if you put it on at night, I just could not think of any other bad points to say about this dishwasher.

+ This is the best dishwasher we have ever used. It is very user friendly, with an excellent choice of programmes and we love the timer delay so we can benefit from economy 7. The cutlery basket is good. We have not had any poor washes from this product.

+ Great choice of cycles. Good cleaning performance - only thing that has come out dirty was a roasting pan but to be fair it was difficult to clean even with a scrubbing brush!

- Quite hard to load efficiently.

+ Such an improvement on our old machine. Very quiet. Good choice of programs. Cleans the kids porridge bowls, mashed potato saucepan, and even dried on cereal. Brilliant!

- tall cups sometimes fall over, but I can live with this!

- cycles are not clearly described eg wash temperature for each cycle and why is the eco cycle, the slowest. On the old model, the eco wash was the quickest.
