+ Light, easy to move around. Full range of attachments. Powerful. Works well Attractive design. Good value for money.

- Not as robust as the good old Hoovers for which the company is famous. Pity that they're now made in China of all places and not in Europe. Seems a bit fragile, like all appliances nowadays. Rubber belt broke after just three days!

+ Great suction, easy to use, pet hair collector good for picking up long hair deposits. a good buy at a good price.

- I think the flex cable is shorter than my previous Hoover 1800W model, and its possibly a little heavy for some to carry upstairs.

+ It's very powerful and I don't have to go over the same crumb 20 times before it will suck it up, unlike my previous vacuum which was a bagless one and had less suction than my cat does when it snores!

- Sometimes it's hard to unclick it from the upright position. The lead could do with being a bit longer.

+ WHEN USING JUST THE HOSE IT HAS VERY GOOD SUCTION. TOOLS WELL STORED ON HOOVER.

- I HAVE LAMINATE FLOORING AND THIS MODEL IS NOT SUITABLE FOR THIS TYPE OF FLOORING JUST DOESN'T PICK UP, I END UP HAVING TO USE JUST THE HOSE WITHOUT ANY OF THE TOOLS WHICH GIVES ME A BACKACHE!! THE HOSE IS NOT LONG ENOUGH EITHER!

+ Brilliant at picking up from all carpet thicknesses.

- Electric Cable is too short.

+ very easy to use, good suction gets all pet hairs up no problems at all

- a little unstable when using the tools looks like it could tip but never has for me
