+ It is quieter than you would think for such a powerful product, it picks up much more than other hoovers, the plug lead is long and there are a good set of attachments.
- Fully extended, when hoovering, my wife and i have to bend down all the time, its a good job we live in a small flat. If i had a large house i would have to do it over two days to give my back a rest. I mean the handle you hold when hoovering, but as i said, the good points, in our case, outweight the bad points.
