- Filters are dire, its forever clogging up. would go back to a dyson next time

+ Adjustable height on the hoover tube

- Upends easily when pulling along
extra knook and cranny tool in a silly place and it is so big it is unusable getting into tight spaces.
Dust collecter too small, too plastic and looks as though it may break easily.
not easy to do stairs with, especially if elderly!

- will not pick up dog hair from carpets, bag full light stays on and filter blocks to easily

- I was really annoyed to discover I had mislaid my receipt for this hoover. The suction had diminished dramatically within a month despite filters etc being kept clean and is now barely working. It now takes major effort to get it to hoover up anything. A very buy and disappointing for a Hoover product.
