- instruction book had large number of programmes and to a degree was initially confusing in selecting washing requirements. Otherwise the machine itself is OK

- Can't alter spin speed. It is set with various cycles. I would have liked short cycle to have max spin speed but you can't have it.

- When I first used the machine it was the time taken to do a wash BUT that was solved by me reading the instruction book
