+ easy to use, good capacity and good cycle times

+ Very quiet and easy to use, some good options on each programme and spin cycles

- Whilst the hand wash programme is good - it would have been good for a short gently spin to take place to remove excess waterafter the washing cycle is complete as it is difficult to take soaky wet clothes out of the washer and hang wring them

- As noisy as most other machines I've had

- Regular cycles very very long. Instructions of programmes very difficult to fathom. I seem to have to stick to a couple of programmes as if I don't the wash goes on for hours. Probably wouldn't buy this again unless it came with more variable programmes.

+ I bought the washer for the energy efficiency and the size of the drum, it does not fault on either of those. It's a fairly quiet machine and no complicated buttons just straight forward so that anyone can use.

+ Drum size and time of cycle. Good choice of spin speeds and also being able to set the machine to come on when I will be around to empty and hang out the washing. Looks good and not too fussy. Hoover is a reliable product so opted to buy another good machine - I hope.

+ Large door/load make use a lot easier and now household items that we could not wash before can now be washed at home. The quietness is a massive improvement over our previous model. Looks good and at an acceptable price.

+ The drum size is huge. We had a 4.5 kg drum size before. Washing is a necessary evil so why do more loads than you have to. Ideal for a family with a lot of washing.

My last machine was a Hoover and it served me well

- We found it quite difficult to house it in the fitted kitchen it didnt want to wiggle jiggle into its spot but its there now and heaven help us if it gets poorly

+ the washing cycles Great to have a short wash for lightly soiled clothes that only need freashing up

- i have not experianced anything bad at all

+ It's quiet, good choice of cycle lengths with 3 under an hour. Drum size is excellent

- No indication as to how far through the cycle you are.

- The delay timer is in 3, 6 or 9 hours. To take advantage of cheaper electricity in the night this is essential, could really do with an hourly delay rather than in 3 stages.
