+ Quick wash programmes are good. It has a big drum. Easy to fit.

- The door is very hard to shut and its only cold fill which I did not realise from the information. The fitting instructions of the piece of cardboard under the machine are very difficult to decipher and not at all intuitive. When the load is unbalanced it stops but the first thought is it has broken. Bear in mind these are not serious bad points just observations.

+ Economical,it has a five year guarantee.Very easy to install.

- Fixing the integrated door, i thought all appliances would have a universal fit.Previously i had ariston and the door hinges are not universal so a new door required.

+ compared to my previous washer, the options on the cycle times is excellent and and a feature that I am very pleased with.

- Doesn't spin aswell as i thought and get my clothes that dry but i have assumed that (12) gives me the strongest spin?

- door appears not to close properly and needs a bit of a bang to close! also do not like the fact that u cant see where in the cycle u are e.g wash, rinse , spin etc as my old machine did that!! also buttons too easy fr kids to change settings

+ Has a good choice of programmes - well expllained in the manual. I am loving the time delay feature. Cleans clothes, etc to my satisfaction

- Am struggling to assess what constitutes 3 kg load but will discover this with more use of the machine. It's a good size for a small family (two) and means the faster washes can be used.

+ Explanations of the various programmes are easy to understand. Good spin dry and the short extra options, such as rinse or spin only are useful. The time delay facility is a boon. Oh, and I've no complaints about the standard of washing.

- The full programmes are very long, well over three hours and the shorter programme or rapid options limit the amount of clothes to a rather small amount. But if you're organised with your washing plans this would not be a problem.
