+ Better than my Dyson! I didn't realise how dirty my carpet was. Great suction, light and tools all on board. Easy to store. Great filter system.

- Flex for stairs not long enough - and I have standard size staircase. Still need to clean stairs with hand held dustbuster. Would still have bought it if I'd known this.

+ It is very powerful and picks up pet hair wonderful, a great little hoover.

- Because of its powerful moter it is a bit on the noisey side and it's a shame the lead does'nt come from the top of the handle, these are only minor points for what is a great little hover.
