+ the suction on this hoover is unbelievable-must be one of the best for performance that i have ever used

- the carpet height adjustment,dosent seem to adjust properly when going to carpet from hard floor- sometimes u are hoovering round and all of a sudden the hoover will just suck the floor even more-its abit like pushing a tank- but i guess the performance outways this
